The ambiance of Jovie hair salon is both chic and serene. My session with Allison who is truly a talented professional. She took time to listen to my preferences. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in her clients is very refreshing. I recently got a much needed haircut after being away at college. My hair was dry and coming back to the Texas heat was tough but the stylists here took care of everything needed! My hair is at a length that I adore and my hair is much more moisturized and vibrant. Everybody was kind and thoughtful, and I very much enjoyed the conversations with everyone there. I definitely recommend visiting this salon if you want a place that treats clients with such professional but warm understanding!

Been going for 2+ years Stylists are nice do a good job. Have seen the owner on many occasions she has never even looked me in the face, and the staff act like they walk on egg shells. Advice, treat your staff and customers better, it’s a sad place to spend 2 hours of your life every 6 weeks.

I went for a spiral perm … I spent close to $500.00 and as my hair dried it’s almost as straight as before the procedure … I’m very unhappy with the results especially given how much money I spent … the service was awesome but if you can’t produce my request say so up front … I don’t recommend following thru if you know it won’t work
Requested style: Manager Becky after we spoke did agree to refund me $306.00 as well offer a consult with a senior stylist… it took me a long time to grow out my hair and I had to cut an additional 4” off to try to get some curl to no avail … the refund is greatly appreciated

Like you could have accommodated me as well. you said men will keep going back and forth. How many times will a man go back for a hair wash and how long will his hair cut actually take compared to color correction? In general, you had the opportunity to make it work if you wanted to, but your salon did not.

I have been a loyal customer at Jovie Salon for over a year now, and I must say, it's been an absolute delight. Breyana is a true artist when it comes to highlights. Every visit leaves me feeling like a million bucks! The ambiance of the salon is so inviting, and the staff are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jovie Salon for anyone looking for hair care and styling expertise!

When you make your appointment, ask for Bailey. She’s wonderful and did a great job cutting my 15 year old daughters hair. We loved it there.

I am super disappointed in my haircut today. The girl was sweet but I don’t think she understood at all what I was wanting. I had shown her pics but what I got was nothing like it. There was barely any styling done to help me see what the hairstyle was. I have always gone to Jovie as I have always walked out looking good. Not this time and I will need to rethink my next cut. Please hire competent folks as you are not great clips. ?
Update- I am updating my rating and review since Jovie team reached out to me and got me in quickly to fix my haircut. I am appreciative that they took the time to review and come back to me . My hair looks so much better and I know I will be back at Jovie but maybe ask more details/experience on the stylist that I work with . Thanks Jovie team and Brena for fixing this !!

Couldn’t ask for better service! Kim executed my needs for my stubborn hair. I’m glad I left great clips for consistent quality haircuts!!!
