Today I purchased 6 packages of Jockey under ware with 3 to package.On arriving home I open and removed them from the package. One package dad been opened and a under ware removed and replaced. It appeared at least one pair had been tried on I am unsure if they had been worn other than trying then on. The under ware where repackaged and placed on the shelf for sale. If you purchase something from this store make sure IT IS NOT USED! I can assure them I will not return and purchase from this store. Also I will make sure I will unsubscribe from there emails!I live to far from this store to make it cost effective to return the package I just trashed them.

Visited the store on July 10th evening. Worst customer service ever received at any retinal stores. Unfriendly rude staff. She doesn't want to help nor answer any questions. Looks like she was recruited without any interviews. Not even worth stopping at this store. There are plenty of other good options at this outlet.

Came to your outlet on 10th July 2024 @ 6:30PM. The staff was so rude. She was a black lady and showed so much of attitude. Sorry to say this… Very poor customer service!

The store is great except we waited for over an hour when it was “closed for lunch”, with no mention of when they would be back from lunch. At least 5 others also tried to get into the store to no avail.We were here yesterday and bought some mens underwear which was supposed to be buy 1 get 50% of 2nd purchase. Didn’t notice until we got home that we didn’t get the discount.Really disappointed with having to drive 15 miles for no reason!!
