Horrible customer service!!! Never acknowledged when coming through the door. I can understand being busy but to not acknowledge anyone entering your store is very unprofessional. Stay away from this location.

Horrible customer service I received today by Jessica, not friendly at all, will not be coming back to this location unfortunately I do have to go back to pick up my purchases made today. Not looking forward to that. Spent almost $300

By far the worst customer service!! My first time at this location and the service was just disappointing. I walked in and nobody greeted or helped me out. Once we got to the front counter the woman had an ugly attitude and was very unfriendly. I have been to many other locations and have never experienced something like this. I believe her name was Margie.

This was my first time coming to this location , keep in mind I have gone to plenty of other James Avery stores. Compared to the other stores the service was bad.

Poor customer service. They didn’t care about me trying to buy something. They didn’t offer me a bag, box or anything after my purchase, I had to ask for it. So disappointed with this location in particular.

I recently bought a necklace at this location and had a great experience so I sent my fiancé here to get me a charm bracelet. After 15 minutes of the store clerks helping only the people that came in after him, someone spoke up and said “I don’t think that young man has been helped yet” and an employee told him “If you’d like to browse we prefer you do it online.”My fiancé called me and said he felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Like yall we have money to spend here but never mind. Regardless of how people look and dress I’d prefer yall to serve us all the same.

Your associate Jessica was very helpful in your location. She helped me make a choice of a beautiful silver necklace with tiny hearts, told me how to care for it. Jessica has best customer service and I will shop at your store and personally ask for her.
