Let me start this review with saying that I worked 4 years at Jcrew in college. Now, that wasn't terribly long ago, but I see how the brand has decreased in popularity and it might be due partly to the lack of genuine customer service. I've visited this store multiple times - yet have NEVER been greeted. No one ever asks if they can help you find anything, start a dressing room or hold any items at the register while you glance around more. All standard in jcrew training from day one (unless this has changed). I'd much rather shop online than set foot in this store and I suggest you do the same.

Some of the male workers are very condescending toward customers. Basic etiquette suggestion: don’t throw clothes while I am standing right in front of you, don’t use negative tone and facial expressions if I am asking you a question or making a return. You are not doing me a favor. Remember, I am a customer and have other options too.
