The people working here were very welcoming, rooms were very nice. And the breakfast was top notch for the price of the rooms. Zee and Dominique were so amazing. My daughter said she only wants to stay at this hotel in Dallas for any future trips. Highly recommend.

I loved that there was a charger for my ev! Staff friendly. Rooms clean. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I'm in town.

Very pleased with our stay. We did not plan ahead on our stay so we were happy to find a room that accommodated our family of 5. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and plenty of choices for everyone. The employees were also nice and friendly.

This location has everything to offer a family and business worker alike. Located off of a major highway, it’s definitely accessible. The rooms were more than adequate with space to accommodate various travelers. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very well nicely done. The staff was accommodating in every manner available. This location is now on my go to list when handling my businesses located near Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas. 9.8/10Rooms: Clean, nice, comfortable.Nearby activities: All restaurants, fun activities. Local shows are all accessible from this location.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a while. Nothing against the staff, but the hotel in general was just lacking. It didn't help that there were lots of kids just running around everywhere (obviously not the hotel's fault), but definitely a lot going on. For the most part, it was a decent hotel, but there were several issues that made the stay a bad experience.PROS: near a lot of restaurants; has a pool, gym and restaurant; clean and modern interior and exterior; complimentary breakfast (which, because of the large crowd, we didn't get to enjoy, so can't comment as to the quality or experience) CONS: They only have 2 elevators and 1 was out, making getting to your room more difficult/timely; they only have 1 luggage cart so if someone is using it, you either have to wait, or make a few trips like we had to do; parking near the elevator is very limited so if you need to use the elevator, you'll most likely have to walk from whichever entrance you use; personally, I felt the bed was very uncomfortable along with the pillows. The blanket they provided also had several holes in it so didn't do much good.; the doors to the rooms slam shut if you don't catch it, which wouldn't be a problem unless you have lots of kids in the hotel constantly going in and out when you're trying to sleep. With the walls being as thin as they are, this didn't make for a good combination.

I needed a clean, safe place to stay for a week while in Dallas for business. This place is great. The rooms are very spacious, clean, no odors and quiet. The gym was decent. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The area has a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I recommend venturing out to the Outlet Shops or checkout the local breweries. The area was very convenient and I had no problems with going into and out around the DFW/Oklahoma areas. For 1/2 the price the DFW hotels were charging, this place is a bargain.Safety: Lots of car traffic but walkable to area malls are easy and paved. It’s a safe area. Very suburban.

Last minute booking. Very respectful staff and easy to check in along with booking and check out. Breakfast was pretty good! Safe and quiet location. Will stay here again if I'm in the area.

This place has exceeded our expectations since 2018. They accommodated all our needs for our Family Reunion/Birthday Party. Ela in Sales as well as the front desk staff was great. Conveniently located of I-75 with plenty of shopping, athletic fields and restaurants within walking distance or within a close proximity.

Terrible experience! This hotel was build 4 yers ago but it’s already falling apart. Nobody cares and nobody fixing anything. Poor management! Sheets wasn’t fresh and I had hair on my. Some towels had stains. Nobody was picking up the garbage and all bags with trash stayed near our door for 3 days. Garbage bin was dirty. Drawer shelves was broken and couldn’t stay at the place. Breakfast is ? And on top of everything the whole stuff with attitude, unprofessional and not friendly! Hospitality is at the level 0. Just wondering why owners invest so much money and do not respect their business? !

July 4thVery good staff/hotel, breakfast was kept fresh and plentiful, lots of choices, coffee. Pricey restaurant. We stayed three nights. I rate rooms 4 stars because there is NO MICROWAVE (fridge only). Microwave in breakfast area. Service was very good, however, rooms are only serviced IF REQUESTED by a certain time. Cleaning staff was The BEST; this is not their policy, but the hotel they work for.

Our flight got delayed and we had such a horrible experience overall with our flight but when we got to our hotel here at the Hyatt Place Dallas everyone and everything has been great! Makes all the difference when staff are friendly and inviting. For example when we got into the hotel and checked in, the man at the front desk was happy to help. (Mind you this was past 1am with my husband, 2 small children, our car seats, stroller, and all our luggage.) Most people would have rolled their eyes at us lol. Also in the morning I came down for breakfast and it was already over but Patty did the most kind thing and got me a huge to go breakfast to go for my family and I. I cannot say enough kind things about the staff here! Thank you so much for just being kind and understanding, that goes such a long way!

I had quite a great experience staying at the Hyatt Place Dallas/Allan. I was greeted by Robert, who is just amazing. He showed great hospitality, making my stay smooth and easy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and I highly recommend staying at this Hyatt location just for the breakfast and returning for the great customer service.

Our first time at a Hyatt hotel and definitely will be repeat customers if this is any indication of the quality you get for the price you pay.The rooms fit our rather large family of 6 with 2 queen bed and a sofa bed. It's always hard to travel and find adequate accommodations in that regard and we try to avoir having to book 2 rooms when possible.My only disappointment was the breakfast which didn't offer a lot of variety and no non pork option. Otherwise it's still a great continental breakfast. The pool was always opened during operating hours so that was a us for the kids. They gym also had a lot of different equipment.Another thing that was kind of odd was for the size of the building, only elevators were located at the front of the building. So bear that in mind. For us, it wasn't too big of a deal as we love using the stairs.Also parking was rather difficult after 7 or 8 PM. They do have a couple of spots for electric vehicles with charging stations. I'm not sure what type of electric vehicles but I did see a Tesla parked there and charging overnight.

We stayed at the Allen Hyatt Place and were very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and services. The location is very close to the outlet, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is relatively new, so there are no strange smells, and the staff is very friendly and willing to help with many things. Their restaurant originally had a microwave, which I used to heat milk. One day at breakfast, I suddenly didn't see the microwave, and after asking the staff, they proactively helped me heat the milk. I must say this added a lot of points in my mind. If you are traveling or on business in Allen, I highly recommend staying at this Allen Hyatt Place.
