Was great and Actually meant it when she asked if I needed help finding something and wheni came up with 50 pound bag of feed she offered to load it in car and loaded feed into car and told me she would have loaded it on cart too. I didn't expect help but it appreciated it. She apologized for last bad experience. Had I known it would go so well this time I would have bought more..”

“Most people would think that home depots are all the same but is not true, for example, I went to this location because I needed to fix or change my moen shower valve which would leak after closing, long story short I took pictures and showed them to 2 young guys that were together organizing at that home depot location, to my surprise they told me exactly what I needed to get, also a special tool that I needed ?and how to do it, really good tips and tricks that I really needed and worked well, this really 2 young guys that you'd expect to pull out a phone and investigate where the part was did exactly the opposite, the grab the parts for me quickly and gave me advice. Later at night I had to come back to get a locking pin that I had lost when installing and they were probably home. However, there was an older guy that showed me exactly where the locking pin was and gave me wonderful tips and tricks also, he knew what he was talking about. Excellent employees at this home depot. Thank you”

“I came there to buy a grill. When I needed help on finding the liquid for charcoal to make fire, no one helped me out even though I kept asking. I asked the lady in the back, she told me come ask in the front. When I came to the front, I asked them again, then they called someone in the back. Finally I went home without getting what I need. For example a light fixture that was exact match for others in a rental property.They provide 25, 50, and even 75% discount on items that have been sitting in the store for a while.Selection is usually not that great. I was looking at the mailboxes for at least 15 minutes and no hardware was included so then I had to go find the hardware to be able to mount it and still no one asked me if I needed assistance.”
