Their staff is amazing always cheerful & kind.wanted to share with you guys when you go to their garden area always ask for JEEF he is a HIDDEN GEM of that store always friendly good service & hard worker. Yesterday was 100 degree temperature & he did help me as an angel . I was thinking that he would not working there I would go try another Home Depot.

“Brandon at Lowe’s in Allen helped load up my cart with 6 boxes of carpet tiles as well as transfer the boxes into my car. He was proactive and very helpful with assisting me to the aisle where the carpet tiles were located. He waited for me to pay for the products so he could help me load up my car. I was in a rush because the contractor was waiting for me to purchase the carpet tiles so he could install them the same day. Excellent customer service, friendly, professional, and I highly recommend Brandon if you need help looking for items in the store. Thank you, Brandon for your excellent service on June 30, 2024!”
