Arrived just before midnight. Checked on-line and there were many rooms available. Went inside and had to wake the front desk clerk from her nap in the back. She didn’t seem thrilled about it and immediately told me there weren’t any rooms available. I went outside and booked a room on my phone. When I came back in, I had to wake the clerk up again and she again told me she didn’t have any rooms, but when I showed her my online reservation, she handed me keys to a room…Rooms were fine, however there were still used Keurig cups in the room, so I’m not sure how clean it was. When I’m paying for more money to stay at a Hilton instead of a Hampton Inn, I expect better service.

The location was too close to all quick stops and most importantly it was near to the Allen Premium Outlets and the service was also good.

Restaurant and bar are overpriced. Cocktails aren't that good and way too expensive. I had a meal with 3 cocktails after 7 pm (after "happy hour", which I don't get back from work till after 7 with commute) was over 80 dollars. That's ridiculous!

Spacious spotless room, comfy bed, fluffy towels and all the extra comfort you expect from Hilton. We had a most restful night after a long drive. Made to order breakfast was delicious. Staff were attentive, curious, and kind: we felt welcome.

Terrible Hotel. Don't waste your money!!! NO hot water for shower, NO conditioner in bottle, and your feet will stand in a foot and 1/2 of water because your tub won't drain. You will stand in everyone else's water after they shower. When called front desk to let them know.....NOONE answers the phone. When I check out next day (it was late when we got in that night), I let them know the situation...no apologies, no acknowledgement from manager. They charged me over $247.85 for one night like this. Awfully run hotel.Rooms: No hot water, tub won't drain, no one answers front desk to help you. High prices for nothing.Noteworthy details: Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

The rooms even after remodel are okay. They match the price. The bartender Juan is one of the best I have ever had at a hotel.

I've stayed at this place several times and it finally hit me this morning why I like it better than any other hotel I've ever stayed at. I've stayed in some of the nicest hotels in the world and had some great experiences, but what separates this place from all of them is the people. In elite hotels, it often feels like the people are nice because it's their *job* to be nice. And that's fine! Nothing wrong with that. But here, the people are nice because they're just genuinely nice people. Juan in the restaurant in the morning, Juan in the bar in the evening, and William at the front desk are just a few of the amazing people you'll meet here. (Be sure to get a room on the back of the hotel, though, if road noise bothers you.)Rooms: Some of the rooms have renovated bathrooms that are a really nice upgradeFood & drinks: Breakfast is amazing, but not much of a restaurant on-site after that

Awful customer service, awful experience. Evidently, a wedding party was staying at this location the same night I was. There was loud noise coming from a room adjacent to mine, ALL NIGHT LONG. I called the front desk clerk, Will, at around 10:20 to complain, and then the night clerk multiple times during the night to try to get the problem resolved. I last called at around 4AM, desperate for sleep, and fed up with the lousy accommodations that I paid a pretty penny for. The front desk personnel were unable/unwilling to help. I understand if they were not able to track down the source of the noise. But what disappointed me, was that neither Hilton employee I spoke with during the night offered to move me to a different room away from the noise, or, if no other rooms were available, to simply offer me a refund so I could go elsewhere. No one, not even the morning desk clerk, offered to make the situation right. So, if you're looking for an expensive place where the hotel guests are loud and like to party all night, then this Hilton Garden Inn is for you. If you value sleep and value for your money, however, give this location a hard pass.Update: It's only fair that I mention, that after corporate read my review, they offered me a refund for the night.
