The store is located in the shopping center, the prices are the same as in Europe, there is a good selection of any goods from the brand.

They closed the fitting rooms at 7 pm and wouldn’t let us try on clothes even though the store didn’t close until 8 pm. Lost hundreds of dollars of sales.

I wanted to shop at H&M today, I was there at around 7 o'clock. I wanted to go into the booth to look at the products I wanted to buy. However, the employee there said that it was not possible. Frankly, I don't understand why a company that closes at 8 o'clock doesn't allow you to try on their products at 7:15 pm, it's a very strange policy. I went to another store right across from it and bought a bunch of clothes. It was really a complete disappointment.

The surrounding area is really nice, however the store has the fitting rooms closed which forces you to buy the clothes, try them out at home, then return if it doesn’t fit which is ANNOYING. Clothes are all over the place. Overall not great experience.

Worst H & M experience. Employees were extremely rude, specifically the ones working in the dressing room. All the women employees treated us with disrespect. The women working the dressing room held my 2 pairs of Jeans for me because I had more than 10 items, and misplaced them (they were the only pairs in my size). When I asked them where they were they wouldn’t even help me find them.

5:00pm on a Monday, the week before back to school and the fitting rooms are closed. I was told they only had 4 employees working (only 2 were working the register) but apparently the remaining 2 were incapable of opening a dressing room. I mentioned that I would happily clean up everything my daughter tried on but was told to “come back tomorrow and the dressing rooms will be open.” WOW, fantastic idea, let me drive back up here tomorrow, spend 30 minutes shopping the store again in hopes of finding the 20 items I’m currently holding and cross my fingers the elusive dressing room can be opened.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in this store. I was shopping for my husband when I asked the closest associate, surprisingly being a manager, if they had a different size on a shirt. The manager, Demodrick was very rude and dismissive. I felt uncomfortable and saw how he treated his employees. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the store was a mess. Manager walked like he owned the place and did not care to even check if they had the size I needed.
Horrible shopping experience.

0 stars.. waited in line to collect items on hold and check out, got to the cashier and was told to wait on the side with my items.. 20 minutes go by the cashiers act like i don’t exist. why couldnt we check out when we got the stuff off hold? makes no sense

Almost more than 50 customers were waiting in a long line for fitting rooms more than 30 minutes, then we saw that there are 16 fitting rooms but just 4 of them are open. I do not feel good when I see they do not respect customers and their time.
