I’m regular customers here my whole family come here for haircut. An old lady she’s so sweet BUT Trina who works here very rude and She has no manners how to talk with customers and greet them. I will request management please put this review in NoTE otherwise this location will loose their permanent customers. Thank you

I frequent the Great Clips location on Bethany Rd and Sandra is my usual hair dresser (see my review), but that location was closed on a Sunday when I went. I opened the Great Clips app to find an available Great Clips with a short wait time and found this location, I checked in on the app with a 9 minute wait time - about the same time to drive over from the Bethany location. I was a little wary about getting my hair cut at another salon, but Great Clips again, exceeded my expectations. Carol cut my hair at this location based on my Great Clips profile. She was very social and I had a very enjoyable time chatting with her during my entire hair cut.

Since I have moved to Texas, it has been difficult to find a reasonably priced hair cut. Been to a few great clips and super cuts. Great clips seems to be a little better than super cuts. I had to tell the hair dresser four times how to trim my hair before she came even close. I finally just fixed it myself when I got home. A simple fade seems to be a challenge down here in TX. I’m going to have to spend a lot more and go to a barber.

I just had my haircut today. Great Clips E.Exchange close to Walmart neighborhood..The service i got from the Asian lady (i don't know her name)who cut my hair was really bad in service...first when i came in at the door i was the one whose smiles at her and said hello to her..that time no one there only me and her when i came in, she did not even smile at me even the whole time ,it is ok if she doesn't want to talk but the smiles counts a lot...she was asking question at first i don't get it..she asked me if i have a photo of the style i wanted to do to my hair , i took time and i am having a hard time looking from my phone gallery...she did not even bother to gave me an offer to look to thier book unless i asked for it...then when i am paying..i still decided to give some tip.? My hair cut cost$19, i decided to make it even so additional $1 for the tip even i don't like her service. The worst thing was..she said quote.."your $1 was returned to you and I still have to pay more than for the tax for your $1" .that was what she said . I was shocked because i am not expecting that somebody would said that especially the Salon is offering services to the people...What I did when she said that to me, i just ignore her and said Thank you n I just smile.n left. If you have a CCTVcamera going on you can check today April 15 at around 11: am to 11:30 am..i know not everybody from the Salon has the same attitude the she(Asian Lady) got because i have been a customer for a long time even i rarely came by...pardom me using asian lady ,..this is the only way to describe her identity I am actually asian too..anyway..that lady should learn how to treat customers especially when you are working to this kind of business..that could reflect to the employees and the company itself. The last time I visited Great Clips was well over 2 years ago, but when I walked back in it felt like home. Connie was awesome and she decorated her hair booth tastefully. Overall, it felt great!

Came in at 6:35pm (they close at 7pm) and there were 2 stylists and 1 customer. They didn't allow my father to get a haircut, stating they had 3 people checked in online...... no other people were there. They might have arrived or not. There is a sign in the front door "walk right in". Suggestion: change thesign to one that says "no walk ins after 6:30pm" and/or limit the number of clients that check in online for the last half hour of the business.
