I went here where it's explicitly stated it's a "Goodwill Store" but when I walked in I was told it isn't a store?? Why even have "Store" in big letters on the building if it isn't?

This is NOT a Goodwill store despite the sign. It's drop-off only but attended and 2 drop off lanes so it's quick!

Please don’t ever go to that store. That Goodwill has the worst workers ever. I have a problem with some clothes that just magical disappeared because they took my cart when I was inside the fitting room and none of them help me to find it at all .They were just running in a scooter and laughing around also manager didn't even care. Please hire some serious workers was the worst experience in a store. May 5th at 7:30 pm
