“I locked my keys in my Bronco around 10:30 PM on 12/14/22 and the first suggestion from the gentleman working the counter (I didn’t catch his name) was for him to let me borrow his personal vehicle to drive to my dad’s house and pick up my spares. When I declined the offer and told him I was going to go call my dad and have him bring me the keys he then generously offered to let me use a long hook tool that he had on hand (I believe for the hot dog/taquito roller machine) and I was able to wedge it through the weatherstripping and open my smoker’s window and get my keys. I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman’s extreme generosity and helpfulness. I will be getting my gas at this gas station whenever possible from now on. Thank you so very much! If a a manager reads this, give this guy a raise, seriously, he made my night and my week!”

“So impressed with Michael and Kimberly, I sent an email to the CEO. In addition, a customer survey card was mailed. (September 2025, 2 months ago.) I've observed how both Kimberly and Michael treat customers. I'm genuinely impressed with their efficiency and professionalism.
Unfortunately, no one from Quick Trip acknowledged these two. They are working on the front line, generating massive income for a corporation while dealing with customers that are unfriendly, uncaring, entitled, and always in a rush.
It is my hope that Quick Trip will one day learn how to acknowledge and reward their hard working employees. Without employees, there would be no Quick Trip.
2.5 stars for each super star! Both are an asset to the Quick Trip corporation.”

“I stopped in for gas after grocery shopping so I could use my fuel points for a discount. I had to clean off my windows and the water was old and gross but I think it's like that at most places. I was happy to see they had air because I needed to fill a couple of tires. Not a lot to say, just about what you would expect.”
