I hope I can give -ve rating. I returned my order on 25th day after purchasing and store associate said the return policy has changed to 15 days and returned my money in merchandise credit. After 2 months I tried to use and it says invalid gift card. I called customer service and asked about it and they said it’s already been used. I told her that I just scratched off the pin to use and how can that be used without pin. She said the store might have given me a used one. I literally don’t have return receipt because it’s over 2 months and I feel like I’m robbed. They can’t see anything from their end about return. How can a business that’s everywhere can’t have the purchase and return info? Customer representative said she doesn’t have a ticket number created but she will call me back once she hears from her lead lol. I have no trust in their process.

They are absolutly HORRIBLE at returns!! If you buy something, better plan to keep it. I will NEVER shop here again!!!

There was a sweet, Beautiful young girl that helped me yesterday named "Amazing Grace".?She was helpful, didn't act bothered, and radiates Joy. I had my g-daughter that had never been to this store before and it was for her Bday. She is 13 going on 14. When you are kind you never know who is watching you. My young gdaughter may get a job someday because of a "Girl like Grace". Also her Grand-Mother just might be writing a kind review. Customer service *still matters*.#alllivesmatterGod is always watching. ???

What a wonderful experience we had at this adorable store. The two ladies that worked on 3/11 WOW!! The customer service we received was outstanding. Thank you for making my children feel so special trying on outfits. Made for a memorable day!!! We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you!!

Love their sales more than anything! They always have super cute stuff for a VERY affordable price. The sales people are always so nice and helpful. My only downside is the wash and wear. The clothes are cute but don’t see to hold up as well as I would like or as some of my other clothes in the wash.I picked up this outfit there and I’m in love with it. It’s cute, can be worn as a dress up or dress down outing and super comfy.

The manager Melissa yells at you as you enter the store. Mask! It must cover your nose!! I left as she told me to and then she talked about me to all the customers in the store. My 14 year old daughters heard every bit of it. I keep checking to if they have let down mask policy and have now been told I am banned from their stores. Over the top! I have never been treated more rudely in my life. This is a public store with public stock. I will never give them my money or time. Terrible terrible terrible

You are losing customers because of making masks “required!” I saw so many people walking in and walking right back out because they didn’t have a mask on! They were going to other shops at Watter’s Creek that don’t “require” it and spending their money! People are sick of it!! Masks are a JOKE and NO ONE, including your employees wear them properly!!! They are doing NOTHING!! If you want to wear a mask because you think it protects you.... wear a mask! You will not get my business because I won’t be told what to do! I will shop elsewhere!!!
