I got a membership here because of the 24 hour aspect of the gym and never cancelled my membership through all of this covid mess.2 years later… and they are still open very limited hours on the weekends. I signed up for a 24 hour gym and now I can’t even work out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday because they close so early. This looks to be permanent. Not temporary. So I’m updating my review to 1 star.It’s overcrowded ALL THE TIME now! How is that “being conscious of our health”?Update: good to see they changed their hours to stay open later. Still not the 24 hour gym I signed up for and the equipment is always broken, but I’ll give them 2 stars instead of 1 for effort.

I’ve repeatedly told told them to cancel my membership. Over the phone and I also went in person. They lied to my face and said my membership was canceled. My fiancé was charged $120. WHAT WAS THE REASON?!

I went to cancel my membership at this location because I moved and going to FC was not convenient for me anymore. People at the front desk informed me that I would still have to pay the annual fee and I told them I was okay with that and I still wanted to cancel my membership. Then they informed me about a supposedly “exemption” where I would pay only half of the annual fee and I thought this was true so I paid them money. Then, 2 days letter the annual fee was charged to my bank account so I called fitness connection and they told me the money I paid at this location was used to get a strawberry supplement! I never bought any strawberry supplement. I hope this helps other people so they don’t get scammed as I did. I would give them 0 starts if I could…

Great place to work out. Quiet & easy to access equipment. However, they should do inspections on equipment more often.

Amazing place, great price. Did the 5 day free trial and signed up immediately when it was up. Staff is all super friendly and gym is kept up well. It's big enough that even when it's busy, there's always something you can do without having to wait

They want to charge you and no heads up about it. I wanted to terminate subscription but 1 day earlier it was renewed and charged yearly fee plus 2 months for this new year. Their priority is not health or fitness just work around and charge money.

DON’T GET A MEMBERSHIP! They never stop charging you! My son went in person in 2022 to cancel. They said they canceled but didn’t. Called in to customer service in 2/2023 and they said they cancelled the account, and continued to charge for my son another year! It’s a scam! He had to call his bank because this place fraudulently charged him for 2 years. This place does not operate in “good faith”! Buyer beware!

Today, 1/25/2024. The gym decides to take all our stuff from the locker and through out behind the reception office. And everything on the floor as it is in the picture littary all my personal items was showing. My cycling shoes are $120 through in different parts my shower items my shampoo was open and mess up all the thing was in my bag and other person bag. My shower towel. And I can't find some of my items in my bag. My shower gel, my shower spong, my makeup foundation, makeup brushes, lip glosses , and my earing jewelry. I need my expensive items. And of course, a new locker, they broke it. I didn't realize the paper they hung in very small area, and it is hidden till someone told me they cleaned up. Why do I need to carry out all these items every day to the gym. Therefore, they have an Enough locker and are always empty, so there no reason to take out our stuff. It is frustrating to see everyone had to see my personal items. If that gym is more organized and they really car. How about you clean the bathroom as it should be. It is always stinky. How about fixing the clock in the group exercises room. How about fixing the big changing room has been closed for over then 4 months now. How about putting a hanger in 2 of changing rooms is missing. How about the management need to be more helpful. Back ine une 2023, when I signed up for my personal trainer and Shane was the trainer didn't freeze my account, and I got charged for another 2 months, which was $480 on something I don't really need it again. And when I had to start with another personal trainer, we did one month because they said I only paid one month instead of 2. Even when I showed, then my bank statement of 2 months chared I do have to all the approved of text messages between me and the trainer. And whiout I contacted to second trainer they never gonna contacted me. Ps: After FC replay, it is not my mistake you hired some idiot worked on the reception had to tell me every that I can leave my own stuff in the locker instead to hold all these everyday as far as you have a lock to prevent any one to take your stuff. I understand the gym is not responsible for the lost item, but that's mean if I left them in public but some one stolen my expensive perfume and expensive foundation and I report that to the frontband no one help how Fitness connection can recompense me with YSL perfume $155 and Nars foundation $45 which I lost more stuff from my inside closed bag and when I picked my stuff up from behind the counter was open. That means whoever broke the lock and took our stuff out (as you said for cleaning)was in purpose opened the bags to look what inside and took what's in it. If Fitness connection really care about the customer services as they said and respects your customer Gently and nice print this paper instead of small hidden corner you can put inside the changing rooms or bathroom or mirror or even in the wall next to the lockers instead of steel people item.
