The staff is incredibly unfriendly, every single time! Today there was a very, very strong cigarette smell, it made me nauseous!

Actually pretty darn good. Shipped my stuff to an exotic country, took care of all customs stuff, and allowed insurance. Helpful ppl.

One of the eat location FedEx ever created. Their staff is from Mars so they have no manners. The little guy was so rude and he kept farting while dealing with my drop off package.

Bad customer service. I went in there today to make some copies and send a package. I asked for help a few times and I clearly looked like I was having trouble with their machine.. the manager did not seem to care about it, he was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Hopefully they can hire nicer employees!

Worst costumer service!!! I went there today and i had a question about my package and the woman working there could barely speak english! She just kept saying call the 1-800 number! Even tho i told her i tried to call the costumer service and there was just answering bot which is useless I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEM WHEN I BUY SOMETHING ONLINE AND THEY SHIP IT WITH FedEx

I went in to drop off the packages. I never encountered someone who is so rude to a customer. It such a difficult time for deaf and hard of hearing community because we rely on lips reading. I was struggling to understand what the employee trying to say. All I can hear him mumbling. And I politely asked him to say it clear and slowly. So I can incorporate with him. finally the communication and the business is successful. We were on the move. All of sudden I heard him loud and clearly said "you're so weird." How can a person like him say something like that when I'm trying to make it work and easy for him. So I didn't react to it because I have something more important.
