Apparently the door has fedex pick up and drop off decals yet they dont take fedex packaged to be dropped off lol i got denied and had to take the packages back

Useless, went there to drop off the package twice and they didn’t accept it.

The quickest and easiest drop off, even with 5 people in line at the time I was there. Got a paper receipt for my drop off also.

The FedEx On-site is located at the customer service of the Tom Thumb and it was closed during normal business hours.

First - this is inside of the Tom Thumb. Google didn’t make that clear to me. And secondly you have to go to the Tom Thumb customer service. There is no separate FedEx area, and there is no signage. However, once you find it they are very nice!
