Dr Parlee took over Dr Kellie’s patients, which I am one of. He has no bedside manner and felt belittled when speaking with him. He immediately went to prescribing a medicine without updated blood results weren’t taken, as Dr Kellum allowed me to work on getting bloodwork numbers down.
Run from Parlee, he needs to go to school to learn better dr patient skills

Really not sure how to review. I love DrRodgers. She’s been my doctor for close to 2 decades. Shes considerate, knowledgable, and is great to talk to. I’ve never had any problem with her that would keep me from rating 5 stars.
HOWEVER, as others have mentioned, the support staff is a nightmare to interact with. You won’t be notified when you need to come in for a med check, your prescription will just be denied by the pharmacy and you’ll not be sure why.
Then when you schedule an appt with the receptionist, they direct you to the nurses line for temporary refill. The man issue here is that Im not even sure the nurses ever pick up. It's always sent to voicemail. You leave a voicemail mid day and likely wont hear back for at least a day.
I requested a refill after telling them I had an appointment scheduled, but called walmart the next day and they said they hadn't gotten any requests. Not surprised because this has happened before.
It's a poor system that leaves patients scrambling for their meds last second. Dangerous and negligent.

Unsupportive admin staff and incompetent nurses have ruined the Allen clinic. You can never reach the nurses for a refill, the patient portal has stopped working, and the receptionist at Allen talks rudely like shes doing you a favor. I had to leave 3 voice mails for Dr. Parlees nurse Anna just for a refill and even after that she provided the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. Now its Saturday and I'm without a critical medication for 3 days. I called their weekend answering service to get the refill corrected and they want to charge me $100 for it. I'll be changing our PCP.

Great doctors and in person service. But they have a new frustrating to use patient portal - bad enough that we’re thinking about switching to a different practice

Dr. Satya is knowledgeable and caring. She doesn’t prescribe unnecessary medication. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer all the questions or concerns I may have. At the end of the day I’m in charge of my health and she is my support system.

This was my 1st visit here and I am happy to say overall it was a good experience. Parking was convenient, I do think they should state they are in medical building 2 as that was confusing. The front staff from the minute I walked in were friendly and helpful to not only myself but others coming in. Plenty of seating, tablets given to fill out your paperwork which was nice and I was promptly called back for my visit. I had a number of things to discuss as I am starting with a new PCP. Dr Satyn was thorough and patient to listen to my concerns and addressed each. Would recommend.

Very bad service, I asked for customer service in Spanish and what they did was hang up on me

do not recommend Dr. Neha Satyanarayana, she is very rude and dismisses what her patients concerns are.

I am not one to usually write reviews…My husband and I have been giving our business to this office for 15 and 21 years. We used to see Dr Kellum and we always received yearly prescriptions and if they ran out as long as we made an appointment he would give us a refill after that. He retired and we were transferred to a new doctor. My husband failed to tell me he ran out of his Effexor so I called to make an appointment and get an emergency refill, even if it was just a few days. This is a anti-depressant and not a scheduled medication. It is life threatening to his mental health to just pull him off of it. I called and he called, we were told that we would need to schedule an appointment with a different doctor because our new doctor had a death in the family and would be out. I advised that my husband and I both needed to go over our health history and treatment in depth with our new physician and the front desk alluded that we would need to make double appointments instead of just giving him a week of refill on the medication. The last day he took it was Friday and he is suffering so much :( We we’re told Friday that we would get a call back from the nurse after 2 calls and never did. This office does not take mental health as serious or life threatening. The pharmacy takes it more serious and apologized and said he would’ve of written a 3 day prescription if the doctor hadn’t of denied our refill request. I guess the pharmacist is more educated than the doctors at the practice on the importance of someone with fragile mental health. I am a nurse and am appalled that this office only cares about making the next dollar as so many other have said. It’s so sad and a whole family is suffering because you couldn’t refill one week of prescription until our new PCP, Dr Parlee, returned so we could just make a single appointment with him, no follow up with us as promised. Very disappointed ☹️. My husband has sobbed more times today than I have seen him in our 15 years together. This is awful and was uncalled for….at the very least you could have called back as promised.

This office, especially Dr. Sotya will gouge you for money. You can make an appointment for a yearly physical paid for by your insurance and they will purposefully charge you at least $300 for random tests. BEWARE. When you call the practice manager she will absolutely laugh and make fun of you. If I had recorded that conversation with her, she would have lost her job. It was so disrespectful. They will give you and email to send your concerns to and after you send the email outlining the issues, they will ignore it entirely. Good luck with this group, they're hateful.

I made this appointment 3 months ago. Done all the pre appointment paperwork online. My paperwork ahowed I have united healthcare and medicare .I have Medicare as a secondary, and my husband's insurance is my primary. They told us they couldn't see my because I have Medicare. I said you can just use my primary. She told me no, United Healthcare would tell them I have Medicare. I need someone to explain this to me. I have went to several Dr's and didn't tell them I had medicare, that didn't take medicare and NEVER been told they could see me. Well, I will make sure to let my friends know .

Patient focus is sorely lacking among the staff at this clinic. I am a transplant survivor who presumes that my immune suppressed condition would warrant at least a response from the doctors. It is like pulling teeth.

Dr. Mindy Ly has been my primary care physician for over five years and I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to her and her staff. They are all so kind, professional, pleasant and I feel cared at a high level each time I visit. They are very good about wait times and that goes a long way with me. The phlebotomist is one of the sweetest human beings I have encountered.
