Great doctors and in person service. But they have a new frustrating to use patient portal - bad enough that we’re thinking about switching to a different practice

Dr. Satya is knowledgeable and caring. She doesn’t prescribe unnecessary medication. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer all the questions or concerns I may have. At the end of the day I’m in charge of my health and she is my support system.

Patient focus is sorely lacking among the staff at this clinic. I am a transplant survivor who presumes that my immune suppressed condition would warrant at least a response from the doctors. It is like pulling teeth.
