Went in for a/c service and EBA's no-charge inspection service caught my rear brakes in need of replacement. Both fixed in one day! My a/c works great and my truck stops on a dime. I highly recommend EBA Automotive Repair!Services: Auto A/C recharge

UPDATE: There wasn't an option to reply to EBA's response (from my phone), so I am updating it here and clarifying: the repair was under my husband's name. I went in and talked to a gentleman (could be you) when we picked up the car. I questioned the time it took to repair on your invoice, and you told me it took "all day" to put the window on track. I even asked about the $150 diagnosis credit against the repair, but you said that as a small shop that you couldn't afford to give me credit.I am baffled by all the 5 star reviews. Maybe the management had changed, or I got unlucky. From my one and only experience with them, this place is a total rip-off. We have a window came off track that wouldn't roll back up. The total cost was $550 for them to put it back on track. Diagnostic was $150, and they didn't give credit for having the repair done. Stay away unless you have money to burn. We took it there because it was close to our house, never again! Also, they tried to tell us that we needed to have the motor mounts replaced. Either they didn't check the condition and just assumed that we needed to replace due to the age of the car, or they were being dishonest and tried to make as much money as possible, because we had one of the motor mounts replaced less than a week ago when we replaced our transmission. According to the transmission shop (Plano Transmission auto shop), we didn't need the other one replaced.

This place is a total rip-off. We have a window came off track that wouldn't roll back up, the total cost was $550 for them to put it back on track. Diagnostic was $150, and they didn't give credit for having the repair done. Stay away unless you have money to burn. We took it there because it was close to our house, never again! Tried this place for the first time a couple weeks ago and they were so nice and professional. Had an issue with something from the oil change about a week later on a Friday night. I couldn’t get there before they closed so the owner offered to come get my car on Saturday morning, fix the issue, and bring it back. Amazing service!

EBA has been the best experience for me and our family. We take our cars and 2 kids cars there for regular maintenance and service needs. The office is very clean and the employees very professional and communicative. EBA will send a quote that I can accept or deny online and always call for any questions. Their prices are comparable to other big name mechanics if not under most of the time and work has been quality. So thankful to have them for easy, painless and dependable work every time!

These guys work for your money. They are honest and straight shooters. This last visit I needed breaks and asked and plugs. My breakers became an issue. The parts listed for them did not fit. They told me I would probably have to go to OEM parts $$$$. I voiced concerns about the cost. So instead they manually measured all the parts that came off my vehicle and searched to find parts that would fit. My breaks work great. They did not change me for the extra time it took or their increased materials cost, stating it was not if my doing.As for my plugs my 2020 vehicle has 93,000 miles on it. After discussing how much I will, or in this case won’t be driving in the next 6 months, unlike last year. They suggested I hold off and not lose 3-6 months and 7,000 miles from my current plugs. They could have just said okay and taken my money.I highly recommend EBA.Service: Auto brake repair

EBA Automotive is the ideal auto shop for the various auto maintenance and repair . Jose and the team are professional , diligent and punctual . All information about the work needed is provided with a detailed explanation. They are honest and trustworthy..they find ways to solve problems and save you money .They fixed my Ford car with professionalism and did a great job .Highly recommended.

I had an oil change and they were very thorough in evaluating my 2011 Ford expedition’s overall health. Their price was fair and they were very prompt with my appointment. They were able to tell me a number of things that I needed to take care of and gave me prices for each thing. I chose this shop based on customer ratings and I was not disappointed. They lived up to the expectations based on others reviews.

Needed rear brakes done on our 2016 Mazda CX-5 and after a quote from another shop being higher than I would have though I figured I would contact EBA Auto as they are nearby. Price was more competitive, explanation was great, Jose was professional and courteous, and our experience overall was fantastic. Will definitely use EBA again!Services: Auto brake repair

Finally found a automotive shop that is both honest and thorough. It has been extremely difficult to find a shop that would work on my corvette. EBA was recommended by another shop and they did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and promptly resolving it. They also did a complete check of the car and listed things that they found. They gave me the option to accept or deny the work on the things that they listed.I especially like the fact that the manager Jose was very knowledgeable about not only my car, but cars in general. There was no pressure, just a presentation of the facts. I will definitely be using EBA for future automotive work.Services: General repairs & maintenance

You will get a very thorough analysis and the ability to accept work on each individual item brought to your attention. The work is top notch and prices are a far cry from something like a dealer.
