Maybe it was just my bad luck...
I scheduled an appt. for Friday, but dropped my newly purchased car off Thursday night because there was a pulsating feedback on the brake petal at higher speeds. I called back Friday afternoon and was told that my car was in the stall and they would call me back shortly.
I got a call at 5:45 PM...15 minutes before closing. I was told it needed brakes all the way around. However, the computer was down and they couldn't generate a quote...also claimed their phone service was down. While that may be true, their cell phones still worked.
I was given 15 minutes to pickup my car because they do not work weekends. The guy apologized profusely...and offered to stay a little later than 6:00 if I was coming to pick it up.
After receiving the quote for over $1400, I decided to do my own brake job. Appears that it didn't really need one. The issue was a spot on the disk where the brake pad had trapped some moisture causing a rusty patch. Back breaks looked like they had been replaced very recently. I did go ahead with the front brake job since I had the parts and already had the wheel off.
I am puzzled how they have a 4.8 star rating...they must aggressively manage their reviews?

We brought our vehicle to EBA Automotive Repair due to a check engine light. The team performed a diagnostic to determine the issues.
Jose was our point of contact. He was very helpful and communicated the work needing to be done. He sent over a detailed scope of work as well as pictures via a text link.
Which was very helpful as well as a time saver, the link allowed me to authorized the work.
Shortly after, the team efficiently completed the repairs. The vehicle is running smooth.

Their team and leadership are one world, that is, we are all in this together! There was a significant misunderstanding and we worked together respectfully to come to a resolution. This shop does excellent work. They went over everything on my front end. Got the alignment straight after a year of messing up with Multiple shops. I cannot express my thanks to them. This car now drives excellent My Mustang is 99 was lowered 3/4 of an inch. Has castor/camber plates Most alignment shops Cannot deal with that, they use factory specs. The alignment guy knows his stuff
