This place Should be called Dr. Careless I went to this place yesterday and let me just say it was my first and last time …. First off the front office guy was rude and unprofessional which should’ve been an indicator for what I was in for.
Do yourself and your family a favor and bypass this place. The ABSOLUTE worst!

This is the worst doctor’s office I have ever been to! They do not care at all about their patients and are extremely rude. They rush you out of the office as fast as possible and just prescribe you drugs you don’t even need. I can’t believe people like this can even be “healthcare professionals”. The only professionals here are the guys at the front desk.

Dr. Guztman and her exceptional staff have earned the name "Dr. Caring." They are knowledgeable, well organized and take the time to address your needs. I am grateful for the great care.

It’s obvious the problem here is the staff, I was met with nothing but errors and mistakes on all their part(from reception to nurses) that was far beyond a basic inconvenience for me. It’s such a shame because the doctor was great and a really sweet person! After I was Mis-booked and charged for the wrong process on a day I had to take off of work I did not return.

Will delete review if they ever get back to me. But either someone gave them the wrong email or they made a typo. I can now access the private medical information of some stranger if I wanted to. So if typo, you might not want to trust these people.

Dr G and Dr Mary have been taking great care of me for 3 years and they are the BEST ! I would recommend them without reserve !

Dr. Gutsman is amazing. If you can be seen by her everything will go great. If you are seen by Ginger run.... she is the most inappropriate, rude medical assistant i have ever encountered. Sad to say I will need to take my family somewhere else for care.

My family and I have been going to Dr Caring for the last 10+ years. It is hard to find a healthcare professional that you are comfortable trusting with your life. Ginger is my favorite nurse of all time, she is always smiling and listens. She cares about me as a person, not a number. It does not get any better than that !!!!!!!!

The staff listened to my concerns and ran the tests I requested. They are interested in getting to the bottom of my health concerns. I give a special thanks to nurse Anthony for making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I also commend him on his accuracy on answering every question I had. I will continue to give recommendations to anyone who needs one.

This one lady that is at the front desk is always very rude. I waited over an hour to see the doctor over the weekend and she tells me that she can't confirm my insurance. This only happens with this one lady and she was turning other people away as well because they only had 1 doctor in the office.
