I have known Darrell for many years, and I am very grateful that we were able to use his services to find our first home!
Buying your first home can be very stressful, but Darrell made everything happen without a hitch.
Nothing is a “dumb” question for Darrell, and he is happy to answer them all with an explanation.

We used DMD Realty to list our Crowley Park home in Richardson. I've known Darrell for 33 years, and I asked him what he thought sets him apart from other brokers. His answer, "Communication!" That's important in the home selling business. You want to keep your customers informed, and be available when they have questions, or when issues arise. We always knew where we were in the selling process, and he returned our calls promptly when we had questions.

Darrel did an amazing job helping us find our home, navigate the market in a new state, learn how to take care of our new house, and answer all of the questions we had. As an in-house Realtor for Tricon, I had the pleasure of working on a transaction with Darrell. He is a kind and true professional. I work with many great Realtors and some of those Realtors are just able to set themselves apart. He helped his client find a home here in Texas while his client was in Florida by going to houses for his client and virtually touring those with is client. This was a quick move in so he was great about his communication with his client and myself to get his client taken care of. Just awesome to work with. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

We worked with Darrell to find the perfect rental property. We are new to the area and weren’t really sure on all the different properties. Darrell was quick to help us find different options, he kept everything in our price range, and he fulfilled all of the things we were looking for in a property. When we go to buy a house we would hands down work with Darrell again!

Darrell is absolutely the best at what he does! From start to finish, he was with us every step of the way during the process of purchasing our home. DMD Realty is the real deal! We were able to complete our first time home purchase in a quick <30 day span! Every home we viewed they knew our realtor, or previously worked with someone who had worked with him. Darrell made sure we were kept in the know and able to prepare accordingly.
Buying a home is scary— but with Darrell and the team you cannot go wrong! Just follow the guidance you are given and try to keep up!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Darrell. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge. Darrell was very patient, responsive to my questions, available even on holidays, and most important I never felt forced to make an offer. After four months of open houses and endless offers, I finally bought a house of my dream! I strongly recommend Darrell if you are looking for a hard working real estate agent.

We started working with Darrell almost a year ago to help us find a rental house. He was very responsive, friendly and very helpful. We recently started looking to buy our forever home and we had no doubt we would want Darrell as our realtor. I would be very cautious using Darrell as a realtor Due to the simple facts. He was the last person to have gone to the house to get his sign and lockbox.. for some unknown reason though he left the back doors completely wide open. That when I came back to my home after closing because I was given extra time to move out per our contract. The day after closing happened in fact. Only to find that my washer, dryer, clothes, ladder, receiver and several other very expensive things were all missing. I tried to reach out to Darrell only for him to provide me the same nonexistent communication that he did as my listing agent. I'm at a complete loss as to why someone that is trusted to list and sell a person's largest asset would be so careless as to leave a home wide open. Darrell was also responsible for some contractors that were hired to do some work. I repeatedly asked for the contractors license and insurance information. This should be considered part one of my review as there will be more information to follow.
