Beware!!! Watch this group with your credit card. I came in for a free workout and came one additional time, the next day. I paid for the week with my CC, $39.99. I never was told about a plan, a membership, sign any paperwork regarding either. I was told I could pay by the week. I came down with Covid the next day and never returned. Upon receiving my CC statement, I see that I am being charged weekly $39.99. I immediately called and asked to stop these charges and to be refunded for the 4 weeks I was charged that I did not attend. Neither of these requests were granted. This group actually continued charging me for 16 weeks and did not stop until my CC company changed my CC account number. The D-1 contact actually told my CC rep that they had sent me an email each time they charged, they did no such thing. Essentially, I was charged $639.84 for one workout. No paperwork, no contract, no integrity. And lied to my CC company. I have filed a case with the Attorney General's office with the State of Texas, as advised by my CC company. This is wrong.

Last year I walked into D1 with a specific goal, to be able to trek to Everest Base Camp. Just turned 50 and with both bilateral chronic knee osteoarthritis and lumbar disc herniations I knew I wasn’t the typical “D1 athlete”. I also knew I needed a goal specific training plan. Nothing cookie cutter. A year later I was holding plank with 45 lbs on my back and pushing a 600 lb sled. Thank you Sebastian, Tre and Eliot. Your positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to push me to be stronger made all the difference. Last week I was able to trek with a heavy pack for several days and maneuver through some tricky uneven terrain. I got up to Everest Base Camp but not without thinking about my trainers who helped me each step of the way. Thank you D1 in Allen for helping me reach “my summit”. Today I am healthier, stronger and eager towards more adventures ??

I really like how they push the kids to their potential and make them better athletes. The kids are tired when they leave and sore the next day so they work hard every time. I would highly recommend.

From my 11 yo: D1 is great fun and I enjoy both the classes and personal lessons. I can tell that D1 is helping me get stronger and faster and be a better baseball player.

We took my 12 year old son here for some extra workouts in between his sports. We love it. The team is super friendly and professional! Would definitely recommend it.
