My prescription was not ready. I waited in the parking lot for them to fill it.
Got back in line at like 5:50. A card was in front of me. When I reached the window (don't know the exact time) the reception open the window. One of the technicians or pharmacist yelled from the back, we're closed. The girl who had waited on me earlier looked apologetic but didn't say anything.

Minute clinic: be careful going to the clinic because I had the worst experience with Ruth she did not help me even though I scheduled a visit she was very hostile unprofessional made me feel uncomfortable not helpful and made me cry and feel like I did something wrong . Customer service was not good . The nice lady at the pharmacy was very sweet and helpful and apologetic for that experience . And I called customer service they were also helpful compassionate and apologetic.they are putting a report to the regional manager.

This review is for an experience with the pharmacy on 4/13: I took my son to the doctor on Friday. The medicine that was prescribed wasn't working. My son had been miserable pretty much all day, crying, and inconsolable. So I had to take my kid to urgent care and they prescribed him something different. It'd been a rough day, lost track of time, I pull up to the pharmacy window, the person opens it...says, sorry we're closing, we close at 6pm, we can fill this tomorrow. ( mind you I had no clue when the pharmacy closed, and very little knowledge of what time it was when I chose to drive out). I said, look, my son is really not feeling well, I need to get this medicine today. Can you please fill it...it's before your closing time (it was a few minutes before 6pm). The response was, no it'll take 15 minutes to fill...(Meaning, it'll be way too far past our closing time t that point) So I drove off.
You know, sometimes you've got to put your feet in someone else's shoes and have a little compassion. No compassion was shown, just an employee focused on themselves and the cut off time. Little sad about it, was inconvenienced and had to go somewhere else.
But could you imagine the review I could have wrote if they stayed a little late and filled the Rx instead of turning me away?!

Always very organized, quick, and friendly. All the employees and pharmacists are very helpful, and always have my medications on time. They also close a bit later than other locations, so it’s convenient.

I have been using this pharmacy as long as I can remember. Chris, Brian and his team are exceptional! Always get my prescriptions on time, very helpful always. Phone calls returned in a timely manner. I trust and love this pharmacy!

Workers are very rude , was saying my information out loud for other people to hear. I was just asking a question and they were being loud and rude about it. I miss the old staff.

The location is very convenient but I am really disappointed in how much it feels like a ghost town when you walk in. There just never seems to be more than one employee (who is never at the register) other than 8 people in the pharmacy. Not the friendliest group of people that I have dealt with, but they do know their stuff. Hoping the manager gets a green light for more staff.

I have been using this pharmacy for about 8 years. It is time for me to move my prescriptions. I have had a horrible time getting my medication timely and correct. They switched me to a generic without even asking. I had everything set on auto refill and that now is not happening. I tried their system to put in the RX number and it said it wasn't found. Tried to speak on the phone to a real person and you cannot. When I went there in person the lady told me that the system was not working. No saying I apologize or sorry for your inconvenience..just the system wasn't working. Then to top it all off I go by at 1:45 in the afternoon to the drive-thru and get met with a recording saying th Pharmacy was closed for lunch until 2 p.m. WHY? Every single time I have been there they have had no less than 5 people working. Does every single person have to take lunch at the same time? Sometimes people need to get their medications during their lunch period. Where O where is the customer service??????? I will be pulling my business and going elsewhere!

Nice to see that the pharmacy lunch hour takes precedence over customers who are in line and have been waiting in line for about 7 minutes. They helped the 2 customers ahead of me but the clock on the wall says it's 1pm, FO. This is DMV or SSA level, Zero F Given, customer service. Would complain but that never does any good for people who DGAF and are so blatantly rude.
