I nervously attended my first CrossFit workout with the encouragement of my friends who supported me the whole time! I really enjoyed the layout of the workout and the ability to make modifications as needed! Deff will be coming back!

Very supportive and friendly staff, they push you to be your best while still being safe. I also love the class set up and camaraderie that comes with it. Definitely would recommend anyone to give CrossFit Ammo a try!
