Went in to the Allen outlet location. I asked a guy with a baseball hat for help. I asked for a certain size and he just turned around and said no. He was very rude and arrogant. I noticed he helped other people. I wonder if my nationality had anything to do with this guy wanting to help me.

Kat is a beautiful human. I want to tank her for all her help and going the extra mile with a smile. The store was crazy busy with a lot of kids too. And she remained not only friendly but extra helpful and did it all with a smile. Thanks for showing up to work today Kat. I'll be back just to see you.

Just made a special trip to come here after checking their hours online and the store is temporarily closed. Evidently they are moving suites, but do not have this posted on their website or Google's that I could find.

I know there's mixed feeling about crocs shoe wear due to the aesthetics lol, but I love them bc they sooo comfortable. And this store always has some deals going on, which is great. My whole family buys a pair or two with the bogo's.

Came into the store.
CELEB and ANBER went over and above to find me a shoe that fit my feet. They are WONDERFUL. However, JAMES was rude and couldn’t be bothered.😝 hello district manager!

The slowest moving Crocs store that I have ever visited. They have several patrons but they don't open new cashier lines. My visit was on Sunday a little after noon on 3/16/2025.

How in the world that cleaning sponge (shine) is free in this receipt? I went back wanted to return it because they’d thrown it in the bag saying it was free, I realized I was charged for it. The cashier did some calculations and said if I return it I would owe them $4!

I was at this location this past weekend and I heard which I believe was the Store Manager in a loud disrespectful voice say ‘ I will throw you under the bus ‘ reprimanding her employee. I think she should be reprimanded herself for treating her employees in that tone and fashion in front of Crocs shoppers. This was very disappointing to see how Managers think they can treat their people because they probably make minimum wage. I’m a Regional Manager for a major company and we treat people with dignity and respect.
