I've always had good luck a Craig's Car Care. They are very competent and honest with thier quotes and repairs. The turn around times are great.
I came to Craig's after needing diagnostics and the dealership wanted to sit on the car for 7-10 days before diagnostics would even be performed. I had diagnostics and a quote within 48 hours on that trip. That was two years ago and they are my go to now for advanced car problems.

Very professional team. They fixed all the items in our complaint. After so many days, non of the issues reappeared. They have excellent communication. We were drove home immediately and the car was fixed in the promised timeliness.

Replaced clutch, flywheel, and Slave cylinder in my 2014 JKU. Appreciated the detailed service report I received afterwards which showed me some minor issues I wasn’t aware of yet. Thanks!

I brought my car in with some pretty big issues that they were able to fix with really high quality labor and parts in only a day! They are fast with amazing customer service and they gave me a ride to and from work. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a shop. They care about your vehicle as much as you do, and give you all of the data and updates you need to know what they are doing to your car and when they are doing it. Definitely found my go to mechanic shop here in north dfw.

I've taken my GMC here for a couple of years now since being referred to them by some good friends. Jason and his team have always provided me with great service and care of my vehicle! My most recent visit was to take my son's recently purchased pre-owned Jeep for a multi-point inspection. Again, Jason and his team were very responsive and provided great service! I always feel that the servicing explanations, pricing and turnaround times are accurate, fair and expedient. Keep up the great work!

For anything beyond an oil change, this is the only shop I’ll allow to touch my (and my family’s) vehicles.
I’ve always known that the ‘cheapest’ usually winds up being the most expensive in the long run, but that more often helps you to know who to avoid, rather than who to trust. These guys are it. They’re the ones to trust.
Only wish I hadn’t pulled my hair out and wasted inordinate amounts of money at lesser shops before finding them.
