I have had the umost pleasure and the enjoyment of visiting Cotton Closet and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had and continue to have every visit. From the moment I walked through the door, I am greeted with such genuine warmth and kindness by the owner and the staff that assist daily with such love and dedication.
The boutique itself is a gem, filled with a beautifully curated selection of unique and stylish pieces. It's clear that Cotton Closet Owner has a keen eye for fashion and an incredible passion for what they do. But what truly sets this boutique apart is the exceptional level of customer service. I refer to this marvelous Women's Consignment as a " Boutique" because it is personal and peaceful full of joy and satisfaction, and indeed a stress reliever!
Cotton Closet Boutique makes me feel right at home, offering personalized suggestions and taking the time to understand my style and preferences. Their attentiveness and sincere desire to help me find exactly what I was looking for made my shopping experience not just pleasant, but memorable.
I always depart for just that moment with a completely lovely items that I absolutely adore, and I can't wait to return. Four pieces of my clothing items were lost, stolen or misplaced at Cotton Closet. The owner, Andrea, said there was not a record of my items on the inventory list, therefore, I never brought in the items, which is totally not true. The store's organization system needs improvement; they place unwanted clothes to consign stacked inside of circular clothing racks and along the walls of the store, which makes it easily accessible for customers. I asked about the security system and there are only two cameras located at the front door and dressing room area. Andrea paid me for my items that did sell and I decided to never consign with the company due to poor customer service and missing clothes. Andrea said “I’m sorry this happened” and suggested I read the company contract since it states they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you consign with them, please take pictures of the clothing items they accept before leaving the store as proof you brought in your goods. I wish I did that. Lesson learned.

Cotton Closet is a hidden jewel in the DFW area! We go there every week. I absolutely love this store and the owner (who knows everything there is to know about purses) and I ALWAYS find something I can't live without! Love love love it

They have so many great products. Very organized store. The prices are unbelievable, they carry many name brands at a very affordable price. I had a lovely experience my first time walking in this store. The owner was vey helpful. Love it!

I am giving one star because I have had 3 bad experiences at this business. Two with the rude older Hispanic woman that gossips about clients as soon as they walk out and her rude treatment of my mother. I have made the owner aware of these incidents. The third one was this past Saturday when I got home I noticed that there were black flakes of something in my shopping bag. The shoes that i bought were flaking off from the outside material even though they were literally brand new soles never used. I made the owner aware that I would be bringing back I was informed no refunds or exchanges. They should select the items they bring in with more consideration to the buyers. I threw in the trash as they are not useable. I informed owner I would be sharing this negative experience because consumers should be aware to literally inspect things before you buy to make sure this does not happen to you.

This is the best consignment store I have been to. It’s organized by categories and sizes making it easier to find what you’re looking for. They also have cute house decor and beautiful accessories. Customer service is 10/10, the owner was very helpful and friendly. Items are very affordable and stylish.

Shopping I'd give a 4, but consigning I'd give a 2. Walked in the door carrying one black trash bag of items to consign and didn't even get a hello before the lady at the counter said that the bag was too big and counted as two bags and I couldn't bring anything else in that day. I literally come in once every 6-8 weeks, so not sure why I deserved a welcome like that. My previous visit back in November the worker actually said "are trying to ruin my vacation?" Because I suppose they didn't want too many clothes to review before the holiday. It was one bag. Not sure why they are so critical to the people literally bringing in all of the items they need to run a business.

Best Consignment Store! Quality guaranteed! Make sure to check it out! They're also on Facebook, which makes it easy to see what new items come in! Prices are too good to be true! Love the items that come in! You just never know what you will find!

I use to use this place for consignment. Not a fan since change of ownership. The new owner is beautiful and sweet but I just don't agree with how things are run now, so I just donate clothes to ymca and sell books at half price books. Its a lot less of a pain and hassle for me. Not a fan of the 1.00 check fee when I don't have a choice because am not offered cash. They make money I make half then pay a 1.00 because they write a check. Apparently they don't want calls or visits for check inquiries so supposedly they will email you when you have one. Whatever. Over it.

Extremely disappointed with the new ownership and their employees. Their prices are outrageous now and they will literally talk sh!t right in front of you. I used to love shopping here and bringing my clothes for consignment. Cindy, the original owner, was amazing, had the best customer service and knew how to price clothes. Now it's just a sh!t show. My daughter couldn't even bring in her water into the store, they priced a plain old silver band ring for $50, sh!t I could go by that new for cheaper, their selection has gone down the drain, probably because people are not happy with management and their absurd policies with what you can bring in for consignment. I used to pick up a check every month and turn around and spend it all in the store. Since the new management, I have received one check for $20 dollars and I've brought in bags full on a month basis. Just crap crap crap. . .
