“I ordered and paid for a sandwich on my mobile app, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told the kitchen was closed due to limited staffing. But the manager, Sean, apologized for the inconvenience and made the sandwich himself. He even offered a couple of fountain sodas and an extra sandwich for free, and apologized again for the troubles. It may not be a big deal to some, but the customer service was greatly appreciated, especially since the chaos of this pandemic, (at which the customer service level has gone down the drain). So, a BIG thank you to Sean for making this visit pleasant and reminding me that there are still people around who care.”

“I'm new to the area and needed to fill my prescriptions. I have to say, this is the fastest Kroger pharmacy I've ever been to, when it comes to getting medication filled. I actually live out in Princeton and Google said this is the closest Kroger to me but it's still a bit of a drive for me. (I knew I had to wait but I didn't want to go all the way back home and all the way to Kroger again.) 10 mins and my prescription was filled. ?
I have been several times since and every time I've been there, I get great service from the staff. They all have great attitudes, are very sweet, and again, the time it takes them to fill medication is great. So happy they are my new Kroger pharmacy!”

“I realize not everyone’s experience will be the same. I didn’t use the pharmacy or the restroom so I didn’t notice how clean it was.
This review is specifically for the gentleman that was working the cash register and photo desk basically by himself on Saturday, May 11th at 11:45 a.m. (I don’t know his name, but he had a tattoo of a knife on his right forearm.) He was so kind to everyone even under pressure of having multiple customers lining up at both desks. He even said bless you multiple times to a man that was sneezing elsewhere in the store. He let me look at my pictures before paying to make sure I liked them. He just radiated positivity and kindness, huge props to him, we need more people like him in the world.”

“I went in to get a a prescription filled and as it was just 2 pills so I hoped it would be quick. When I handed it over the man behind the counter said it was going to be 45 mins. I wasn’t expecting that long to be honest but I said okay and took a seat. As I sat I watched how busy they actually were. Now I was completely surprised when it was done in less than 10 minutes and he even got me a discount too! Thank you for taking care of your customers Tony! You made a great impression today!”
