Pickup is always 20 plus minutes even when no other cars are waiting. Plano is managed so much better. Order to your car and driving away within five minutes.

7/30/22. The scan guns were all broken and wrapped in a plastic bag. When we finished paying before we could grab our receipt and put in the star review from our experience today, I usually put 5 stars. The check-out guy jumped in right behind me and pressed 5 stars and then he walked away. I tried to ask him what just happened, but he ignored me and told the next customer to go to where I was standing and start checking out. It should have been a 1 star since I had big bins and the scan gun didn't work. That was unprofessional and rude. Update 8/1/22. Management called and asked for the employee's name. Came back to Walmart today and he wasn't wearing a name tag. While we were exiting we saw the same employee start an argument with a customer. He barged in between the family checking out and wouldn't give them space. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Seems like a reoccurring behavior for this employee. The video clip has been uploaded to Yelp. 1) Customer service training. Be polite, do not yell at customers, personal space, please and thank you, may I help you. 2) Have a manager on the floor to prevent these types of escalations and teach de-escalation. 3) Called Hilmer at (972) 649-0356 and got an associate instead. She said she can't help without the employee's name (added his picture to this update). 4) Ask the employee to wear a name tag. 5) Please discuss strategies in preventing these bad customer service experiences. Update 8/2/22 The Assistant Store Manager from Allen (Satish) reached out and we spoke. He affirmed that the actions were inappropriate and that further training will take place. He reassured me that this would not happen again from this employee. Super helpful and happy to hear that we can learn and move forward from these incidents. Thank you very much, Mr. Satish!

This store should get zero stars. I generally don't have high expectations for any Walmart. However, this store is worse than even my lowest Walmart standards. No one ever answers the phone at this store..... in any department. Normally I would not care. Again, low expectations. This is the first time in my life that I have had a need to speak to a manager at Walmart and it is apparently not possible. I assume this is either by design or maybe no one is managing this store? They need a visit from corporate headquarters. At a minimum, it should be possible to reach a live person by phone at the store at some point during the day. If you call multiple times through out the day and no one ever answers any phone in any department, there is a management problem. If no one answers any phones and there is no voicemail, why do they have a store department phone menu? Perhaps this is what happens when big companies think they can replace people with machines.

If i could, I would give you ziro star, never ever go to pick up your orders from there, I ordered online to go and pick up my groceries from Allen , I was waiting in parking for 25 minutes called for help , They put me on hold for 10 more minutes and didn't help at all to solve my problem, If you don't know how to help people don't answer the phone , after 45 minutes I went inside to ask where should i go , Finally i could find the place to pick up my orders, Why Walmart is changing pick up area without any information for customers to know , There is no sign to pick up at all, Don't order online to pick up from Allen never ever

This place is an absolute disaster.. One cashier open for 30 people in line while other employees stand there making eye contact and yawning. Our cashier was trash, literally the slowest I've ever seen and put every single item in its own bag. I'm talking a can of soup, bag. Cereal, bag. Tomato, bag. All separate bags and I had maybe 100 items. She didn't speak a word of English either. Target would never do this to me. NEVER coming back to this peasantry.

Curbside pickup is great idea but waiting for over 30 min to get the stuff is not fun. Walmart need to do better.

My earbuds fell out of my car while I was visiting. I tried calling multiple times over the weekend, each time letting it ring for about five minutes, but no one ever answered the phone. I finally had to drive an hour up there and found two people at customer service, but only one actually helping customers. They didn't even have them. I need them for work, so I went to electronics and asked for help. The lady there was rude and unhelpful. Her name was something like Minu. She pointed me to the section and walked away. I stood there for awhile, hoping she was just busy and would come help. She eventually put something in a case near me and walked away without asking how I was doing. I'm giving up and going to a different store. This isn't my first bad experience at this location. The only good thing about it is a young gentlemen who is in electronics at night. He is very nice and very helpful. If I could've waited until night to come back, I would have. He deserves better than this store.

This store is OK as far as merchandise. Personnel wise it needs improvement. The employees are clearly not prepared to handle customers questions. If you have a BATTERY is still under warranty, don't go there. They are completely unprepared to handle battery warranty even though they sell them. The customer Representative and the manager were clueless. They have a tester but they don't know how to use it or perhaps don't want to. As a result I had to buy a battery full priced when I could get it entirely for free due to my emergency, having a disable car in the parking lot. Very disappointing and totally preventable if Walmart gave employees a better training. Instead, always go to a Walmart with a auto center, they will have the competence to handle your warranty process without a hitch. Two stars were give because I haven't had any major issues there before this incident. It is always clean and well stocked.

Every time I come to this location and choose self check out the employees watch me like I'm a criminal and today as I was scanning my items, my water did not scan and the guy was literally watching over my shoulder and startled me a little bit telling me to rescan it again. So many people, both customers and staff, were NOT wearing masks or not wearing them correctly. I haven't seen so many people with out mask since the pandemic started . It's mandatory to wear a mask and the mangers are suppose to in force the law.I will not be back. There are so many other stores that are obeying the rules and trying to keep their customers and staff safe. Very sad they can't show some respect!.

Dirty store. The grocery side is good, the pharmacy and optical departments are amazing! However the store side is very dirty, especially the floors in the clothing departments. I paid cash for an item I'm electronics and the department manager didn't realize he didn't give me my change back because he spent a lot of time fixing on his cell phone.

One of the worse Walmart store that I have been to. The store manager is a real a******* She give customers a hard look then watches her employees like hawk for any mistakes. The employees are very old and I wonder if they are afraid to make any kind of mistake in front of her. I know that she is new but Walmart could have done a better job of hiring someone with common sense and courtesy for her customer. Only time will tell if her customers and employees will put up with much more of her $#$t! Too many good walmarts to go to spend my hard earned money!

I had the worst custemer service experience today. I wanted toreturn 30 dollRs of underwear so i had boughten 3 packs one still had the pakaging the other two didnt. A employe in custermer service demanded the packing even the two that were missing the pakaging inly came withhangers.i had ans she insistead on sending my 9yrd son to go look for the same item with pakaging from the shelves in store replacing an employe. And when i asmedher you should send an employe instead she said that we didnt have and employes available. And she continued that i should brought the pakaging that at the end was a hanger.i was under the impression thatwalmarr was the first store that returns productes with no questions asked apprantley thats not true.and btw the prodects were bought 2 days ago complete and nothing is mising. I made sure tk let her know that her poor custmer, Walmart lost my family s byissnes foe ever. Go TARGET AND AMAZON #custermerservice

Questionable sanitation....should be no questionable standards in today's world! Stopped by this location , 7:00 PM last Thursday, nobody sanitizing shopping carts. I asked the lady working the front door what carts were sanitized?...she stated all of them, they sanitize carts out front...as she pointed to where they sanitize the carts, nobody was there. Carts were pushed in all directions outside and in the entry. Not knowing what carts had or not been cleaned, I looked for the antibacterial wipes, none to be found, I walked out and went to Market Street where their folks work the entrance, wipe down the carts and pull them out for you. Walmart take this pandemic seriously, slacking on procedures is not acceptable!
