Used them for a while now. They keep ruin my clothes. Every time I say something, they an excuse. Now just got back from there and saw they ruined another $200 Adidas tracksuit. It was longer than my food, not it’s way above my ankle. Not going there again.

If you want crisp dress shirts or wrinkle free pants with no feeling of chemical residues, I recommend to check this place out. Staffs are kind and attentive. It's funny the owner's name is not Charlie's and none of staffs gives me a clear answer, but who cares as far as they clean up your clothes without messing them? I believe it would go this place for my laundries for a while.

They continue to overcharge me for my short sleeve dress shirts! They categorize them as blouses when I have them made by the same tailor and the same fabric (100% cotton) as the long sleeved shirts. I spoke with the owner and he assured me it wouldn't happen again and they keep doing it! $25 for 5 shirts seems excessive!!! I'll have to find another dry cleaner.

How can you tell me on Friday to pick up my clothes on Saturday after 4pm when you close at 4pm on Saturday? I arrived at 4:30 for my laundry and no one was there.

The best at what they do. I get worried leaving my expansive garments at cleaners, but this place really handles it with care. I really appreciate this. And they have a drive thru so you don't need to get out of your car

I looked all over for a place that dry cleaned letterman jackets and tried Charlie's. I did not need the leather cleaned, only the fabric. My daughter's jacket was 3 years old, had never been cleaned, and had the yucky letterman fabric fuzz ALL over it. I was hesitant with how it would turn out, and was not hopeful it could get cleaned. It was done in just a few days, and when I picked it up, it still had a TON of fuzz all over it. I'd even had to ask if it had been cleaned! lol. I took it assuming I'd just have to get the fuzz off myself. About 10 minutes later Charlie's called me and asked me to bring it back. They'd talked to the owner and he said it shouldn't have looked like that. They said they got a new finisher worker and they hadn't done it good enough. I took it back and picked it up a few days later and it was SO CLEAN and fuzz/lint free! So, so grateful for their hard work, because I'm sure it was not an easy process and was probably very time consuming. I paid $20 for it to be cleaned, but would have paid more! Thank you Charlie's!!

They’ve had an owner change since I’ve started using Charlie’s Cleaners five years ago. The current family that runs the business is very friendly. They offer pick-up and drop-off delivery service that is prompt and very convenient. Sometimes, they’re late with their delivery but they always have been polite when I’ve called to remind them. So far, I’ve had no issues with their cleaning, customer service, or prices. Give them a try.

Ever since the ownership changed, I have been incredibly happy with their services! They know my name, everything is done right and no issues. I just picked up my sofa cushion covers that I thought were ruined from my sweet pug getting sick all over them. (Yellow and brown BIG stains). Miraculously they were able to clean them, absolutely no spots! I was also nervous because I heard they could shrink and no longer fit. They fit just the same. I highly recommend this cleaners!

This location has new ownership and they lost an expensive item stating there was nothing they could do. They dd not even ask a description of the item or state that they would look for said item; I am just out a very expensive designer jacket. Needless to say is that I will never use this establishment again and recommend you choose a more customer-centric establishment.

I had a very good experience with the drop off service. Very good dry-cleaning service and professionally run. Highly trusted and I will go there again for large washable items such as mattress cover.
