Had the pleasant experience of working with an employee by the name of Jacob during the Christmas holiday. I was having problems finding certain sizes and he was so polite, helpful and extremely friendly is assisting me. He’s a true asset to that store as all the other store employees refused to even make eye contact with me, much more ask if I needed any help with anything.

4 cashiers and it took an hour to get checked out. It seemed like they were were racing to see who was the slowest.

Big store with lots of check ✔️ out places, but 1 person was handling it, and not one page for extra cashiers or available employees to help, as the line grew longer. It's pretty crazy ? and horrible customer service, in my humble opinion!!SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!

This place is doing something terribly wrong as it is almost always deserted. On those rare occasions that they do have business, there are few cashiers. Meanwhile, a few doors down the Homegoods is always busy.

This Burlington Allen has the worst customer service for they shut the store main door in their customers face rudely smirking and gazing as if the customers bothering them and unwelcome face expression, why are you here? Eventhough the customers have come 45 minutes before the closing hours. After that experience I decided to come to the store every week on a weeknight at the same time 10:15 or 10:20 p.m. for a month to prove my point that the Manager/ supervisor and the staffs are conniving. That they are indeed regularly running the business store hours for their self-serving interest and for their convenience without the knowledge of the corporate office. Before I would come to the store i usually check business hours on google and I even take a photo of the store business hours. It indicates on Mon. 9-11 and Tue. to Saturday 9-11:30 and Sunday 9-10:30. But, unfortunately for a month of coming to check and see if it's a regular practice. Indeed, the Manager/Supervisor and staff conniving and have never followed nor comply on the business hours posted. FYI, I am going to send an email/letter to formally complain. So that Burlington Corporate office could address this recurring problem/ issue to resolved this inconvenience to the customers and also to expose out the dishonesty/ corrupted practice of their employee that cause the loss of profit for Burlington. I hope that Burlington will take action promptly.

Was told fitting rooms were closed 30 minutes before closing time but I was able to use them at a different location up to the closing time!

I have been shopping at this Burlington since it opened in Allen. Never had any issues. Everyone has always been nice and did what they were supposed to do. Today I went in brought 3 items to the counter. The young man, Luis rang them up. I told him I wanted an email receipt. He said me ok. I told him I would need to give him my number for that. He said that would be done at the end. My receipt printed out. I knew that was not truthful because I needed to give him my number first and then I would be prompted with the choice of email or printed or both receipts. I expressed this to him and he lied and told me that could be done after. He then pretended to put in my number and told me I would get an email later. Of course I did not and have not. I told him I knew that was incorrect because I have been shopping here for a while. He said “I’ve been working here for a while.” A year and a half to be exact according to him. I have included what Burlington’s website says about email receipts. “ You may elect to receive an e-receipt or a printed copy on any sale or return transaction in Participating Locations“ The time it take to pretend to put ins customer’s number is the same time it takes to actually put it in. I hope management explains this to Luis.

I've just recently started shopping at Burlington. I'd never shopped there until my daughter got a job at Burlington and she would tell me about all the good deals.This location is really big. The prices are very affordable. Burlington is now one of my favorite stores.

Disgusting experience. I am a person of colour, and I was baffled at how another POC (assuming Mexican) could be so racist towards my family and I while we were casually trying out clothes. The employee who literally harassed and verbally threatened us with assault ( while justifying with religious slurs ) is named Yonita. Couldn’t have had a more unpleasant experience. Do not recommend, absolutely terrible service.

This store needs more NICER employees there. This Mexican girl Yonita who works there is Islamophobic and was extremely rude and publicly yellowed at my aunt for being Muslim and wearing a head scarf. No point working in customer service if this is how you treat customers.

I had a family member recently come to this burlington and have a terrible experience. The employees name is yonita and she decided she wanted to discriminate against my aunt just because she was wearing a headscarf. its 2023 i cannot believe people are still getting hate crimed based on their faith. this is disgusting and should never be tolerated. i’d request for her to be terminated from employment permanently or issue an apology.

Recently my aunty had an encounter with one of the sales representatives who was rude to her. My aunty wears a scarf and wanted to use the bathroom for wudu but the representative treated her badly. If you have policies over people using your bathroom for wudu there’s a polite way to say it to your customer instead of being rude and screaming.

This employee name Yonita who is a Spanish person acted very racist towards this one customer obstructing from practicing her own religion. She made a lot of racial remarks and was very rude and threatening to her. May Allah Guide her to the right Inshallah but it’s very disgusting what she did.

One of the Mexican lady here, I think her name is yonita screamed at me for wearing a head scarf and didn’t let me wudu in their bathroom. Don’t go here the staff is very racist. Specially this yonita person.
