If I could give ZERO stars I would. Very unprofessional and unreliable. They forgot to close my accounts and were charging service fee and overdraft fee. When I called to question this they told me they would get back to me… Never did. A few days later I got back with them instead. Never apologized for making a mistake (forgetting) and blamed everything on me. I ended up paying everything discounting the offer to TRY to overturn overdraft fees. I can’t trust them anymore and it’s not worth my time and energy. As soon as my deposits clear I will close the accounts. Cannot wait to part with PNC forever.

Had a great experience with the team at PNC. Very friendly, kind, welcoming, and worked with me very quickly and accommodated what I needed. Great all around.

I had to change a small amount of money and it was 5:50pm. I went to PNC and they declined assisting at all because I wasn’t an account holder. Prosperity Bank was just down the street and was helpful in providing cash services so I could pay the individual I needed to. I appreciated Prosperity banks help.

Just connected with the bank branch manager. She is very rude, did not let me talk. Worst customer service. Looks like she was cursing me indirectly by cutting me off. Stay away from this bank people

Hello Dfw, ?DO NOT go this location @ All . ?Very Rude, Mean, and Unfriendly staff. Lack of professionalism and mannerism overall. They treat you like you are there to hurt them. The way they look at you and answer your questions .... Very UnAmerican behaviour. This place should Pig Slauhgter instead of the PNC bank.

I have been trying to withdrawal money out for the past two days and they wont let me get it because it still says pending from an instant transfer. So i called a customer service rep and they told me that the money i was trying to get is available to me even though it still is pending.I was only coming to this bank because it was convenient for me during my lunch break. I will never again come to this bank unless I'm making an ATM withdrawal

Just closed all my accounts. Very difficult experience. They need to invest in IT INFRASTRUCTURE to be able to provide ease to app or web users to access online. Long wait hours for customer support as well as lack of communication.

I went into this PNC Branch today. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The teller went out of her way to help me with my request. I love banking with PNC.

Went to this location for the first time today and was helped by a teller named Leon H. By far the WORST customer service I have ever received at a bank. I had a few questions as I moved here from Canada and obviously banking there is different. He was visibly annoyed with me, extremely unhelpful, and just overall rude. Did not hide his eye rolling and sighs. I had more questions and things I would’ve liked done but wanted to just get out of there and away from him. I can’t emphasize enough how unhelpful and rude he was. What kind of a bank hires people like him?

Do NOT trust anyone in this bank. I opened the account with BBVA then they became PNC bank. I wanted to close the account right away, but the lady kept telling me nothing would be different. After a few months, I received the statement shows they charged me $2 for paper statement! That never happened before, so I called the nearest location which is on McDermott several times in a few days and no one ever answered the phone calls. I walked in the branch, the lady at teller counter was very nice but she was not able to get the statement fee back to my account, and I checked with her that the bank will not do that any more. She saw I have been charged before and the bank automatically put it back to my account many times and I have no clue about this. Totally scam. Closed my account right away and won’t do any business with this bank again.

Stopped by drive thru to make a deposit before I catch a flight to attend a funeral.Sent my check in to be deposited at 4:10 pm, 8 minutes later, no one acknowledged. Lady next to me in another lane started honking and a lady came to the phone and said someone will get to us soon. Another 10 minutes later with no response to the Service button, I was at trying to at least get the check back, I drove off in frustration and to catch the flight.This morning I have been hold for over an hour and no one has answered the phone. Not going to give up, will stay on the phone as long as possible.I have been a customer with Compass Bank since they started, customer service kept on going down when BBVA took over.I moved my business accounts to American National Bank a few years ago and the first thing on Monday, I will move all my accounts. I guess things to come with PNC merger.

I opened my account with this branch back in 2003 when it was Compass Bank. It has only gone down hill since then - progressively worse each year. The staff and branch manager changes frequently. There is zero accountability with BBVA - locally or with the 800 customer service call center. I have been trying to get a specific online feature enabled for over a year - and have spent tens of hours on the phone over a period of weeks - and they still can't seem to make it happen. This is the most incompetent bank and group of people with which I have ever dealt with. I should have moved my account years ago - but didn't because it's such a hassle. Well, this was the last straw. There must be better banks out there - and I will find one. Please DO NOT even consider using this bank.
