Friendly staff. But They were sold out of 6 different scents I was looking for and told me they are available online. But the scents went viral so I sort of expected them to not have some of them.

Kristina followed me even when I told her I didn't need help. She argued with me about having the app downloaded. She told me that I didn't have enough to use the coupon I used, when I clearly know how to add. I'm not going to pull the race card but obviously there was some type of indifference in the way she treated me. Definitely won't be coming back to this location. Btw, this was only one hour after they opened and only had maybe 3 or 4 people in the department aside from myself.

All Bath & Body Works stores are so beautifully stocked and you are normally greeted by a friendly staff. This location is well staffed. The cashier is not also stocking shelves and trying to help customers. There are many people working. The products are great and I love how these staff members have product knowledge. They know what they have on hand, what is coming out and how to extend savings to the customer. I love this store!

not welcoming, the old lady who works does not prioritize pick up orders person, she wants to take care a person who is shopping inside first, the another lady who checked in my pick up orders does not look happy to work there maybe, instead of scanning my pick up order bar, she wants me to read it out loud, gives me the bad and no greetings, nothing,Look like they need work on their customer service a lot. The employee who give my pick up orders didn't ask for id or proof for picking up my orders (not following the company policies ) Disappointed choosing this location for pick up. I highly don't recommend this place and i would say go to another bath and body works store.

I was disappointed with the service. I tried to find something on my own because no one was helping us, but then I got yelled at for looking at one of the drawers for a product. Won't go back

Excellent customer service left me happily surprised despite a store full of customers. The sales associates are happy and eager to help you find what you're looking for so you can get in and out of the store quickly.

I placed an order to be picked up- it was in the evening- I understood that I had 2 days to pick up the order... after the evening I placed the order, I got an email the next morning saying it was canceled. The initial email said I'd get notified when the order was ready to pick up. I never got that ready to pick up email. Just an email saying the order was canceled. It was two mini fine fragrance mists that I got during the sale. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that the reason it was canceled was not being picked up on time… it hadn’t even been 24 hours since I placed the order. I told some friends about mydisappointment about what happened and they said twin creeks bath and body has always had toxic management and employees were never happy at this location... that explains everything. To the person who canceled my order: How hard is it to bag two mini fine fragrance mists? Lazy, lazy management and staff.

Super disappointed! I bought two 3wick candles during this last sale. I was so impressed with the smell after lighting it I went and bought 5 more. But the candle has more than a quarter left and the scent is gone! No smell! What a waste. I hope all the others I bought don’t do this.

Great location! Jennifer is really sweet! A couple of my wallflower plug-ins stopped working, and she was able to look up my order and help me with an exchange. Everyone is so friendly too ?
