I seldom leave reviews, but it always makes my day when I go by this branch of OZK bank in the morning. Everybody there has such a pleasant demeanor. It’s always a good start to my day when I go by there. Worth the drive. A+

First off, let me say that I am a big fan of this bank. I'm a long time very satisfied customer. They are a big enough bank to handle all of my needs, yet small enough that I'm not just a number and they always greet me by name when I arrive. So the reason for the 2 star rating is this... international wires. I send a monthly wire and the time it takes to execute the wire is absurd. I literally office in the same parking lot as the bank in Allen but they insist I wait everything on their end is done, instead of allowing me to go 30 seconds away and come back. This morning, 10/01, I arrived at the bank at 9:20 a.m. and sat in the drive thru in my car for ONE HOUR waiting for the wire to be finished. I am also in the service industry and it is UNIMAGINEABLE that I would ask one of my customers to wait in their car one hour while I do my job. If they could figure out this very painful wait time on wire's, this would be a 5 star bank.

They would not give me my account information after me giving my social to them over the phone. Somehow remembering an old street address is more important than my social. I will never use this bank again. Then they gave me a number to customer service who tells me to call the brancbranch for my info. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I thought I knew all the people there. In this time with the cornonavirus and I'm moving out of state you would think they would understand. I just had the person I was speaking to hang up on me. Can't wait to get all my money out of Bank of OZK.

Horrible Bank, be very careful if you decide to get an account with them. I had a business defraud me, i filed a claim with all documents needed to prove 100% it was a fraud. They took almost a month,and allowed it to go through.I was told that they couldn't do anything with that particular company. Not acceptable. A bank is supposed to protect you and your money. Needless to say, i have a much better bank now

I am editing my previous 5 star review...this bank used to be awesome- friendly and helpful staff, easy to use app, etc. over the years, the staff has pretty much been recycled, so none of the original amazing people are there anymore. Banking in general is confusing to me and I have a lot of questions and this new staff has not been helpful to me at all. They are condescending and they will not even try to figure out a way to be helpful. Sad that such a nice bank has turned so bad.
