You can never reach a real person to talk to at this branch. I'm tired of going on the marigoround everytime I need an answer to my question. I feel sorry for those who don't have access to a computer!!!

ATM machine "not taking deposits" on a Friday afternoon. So when the bank closes so does the ATM!?! Fix it!

This branch just keeps getting worse and worse. No accountability, no real desire to inform and assist clients. Any procedure is painful to do because you only get half-truths and partial information. And despite scheduling an appointment, you are rushed out as soon as you hit the chair.

Ms. Smruti Barik was incredibly helpful and considerate me and my husband, she was extremely patient with all our question and concerns. i highly recommend anyone who's going to book a appointment at this bank to book it with her!!!

I’ve tried to call multiple times and still no answer, they close at 4:30 I get off at 5:30 so I have no time to go in and speak. Maybe try to answer peoples phone calls it’s a little ridiculous when it’s been days and multiple times.

Worst people to deal with. The relationship manager does not know anything about international travelers. Her name is surti. I waited for 4 days for my appointment and all I got was this unprofessional and unmannered lady. I will never bank with BOF.

The drive-thru (human) teller is not available anymore but there are 2 drive-thru ATM teller machines that work very well. I use this regularly and they are rarely ever out of order.

unbelievably incompetent. This bank consolidated my accounts into 1 account and forgot to reverse a charge in my favor. The representative said she was incapable of fixing it. i would have to call customer service. Either BOA Is really messed up or the rep is either lazy or poorly trained. Good reason to close my remaining account. Totally useless.Look at the 1 star reviews. With the competition, you would expect above average service. I am done with BOA. They take 1 step forward and 5 steps back. and i don’t feel like dancing.EDIT: Response back to BOA: Are you kidding me? You can't even addressing the inadequacies of your Bank? You want customers to waste more energy to contact your social media. You are pathetic. The bank and the customer service. I am so glad to be leaving.

They closed my account in June 2021 and its June 2022. They haven’t released my $28000. There was no complaints or chargebacks on my account. They kept telling me to wait few more days every time I used to contact them. Last month they told me to ask my payees to reverse their transfers from my account, I confirmed multiple times with them if that is possible as my account is closed and transfers were done a year ago, on that they convinced me that they will be able to do it as it’s a normal banking system. But when my payee made that request with his bank after couple of weeks he was told bank of America has rejected the reversal. So this bank has taken me for a ride since a year, lying to me all the time and trying to scam me by not releasing funds. I had never imagined a bank can scam you like that and that a bank like Bank of America

Even though my wait was rather long to get customer service my banking experience was great. Thanks to the only teller that was there offering excellent customer service and remaining balanced. She was knowledgeable, and patient. I would've re-established my bank account here but there was an hour wait without a scheduled appointment. I never knew we needed to make an appointment in a bank now. You learn new thing's daily I guess.

Worst bank ever. The people at this branch never answer the phone and they give you bad information which will negatively effect you and your money. Terrible service.
