“It's a long story how I wound up at Nash's but the gist is, my car's electrical system shut down one day while I was out at appts. After help getting it from one place to another, then another, the battery was replaced and I was told the alternator also needed to be replaced. Luckily, after the battery swap, my car was running/the electrical system was working at that time but I was told by 2 companies to expect it to stop soon.
Replacing my alternator was an expense that came out of the blue and while doable, it sucked. I called around to find a place that was well rated and could get it done quickly. I wound up finding Nash's and chatting with Michelle who was just helping out for a few days at the front desk. SHE WAS AMAZING!! We hit it off instantly and she brightened the crappy day I was having. She used to run her own shop and was knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth.
I brought my car in for a likely alternator change but they gracefully decided to do a quick diagnostic for me to be sure that was the issue... turns out I did not need a new alternator. My car has been running fine since! They saved me a good chunk of change and helped me de-stress. I appreciate them, and especially Michelle. Definitely will be back!

Update: I came back in 2025 and these guys were still awesome to work with. I cant remember all of their names but I believe Tim is who I dealt with up front and Bess worked on my car. My a/c had stopped blowing cold and I called to see if they could get me in to take a look. They had me stop by same day and got my ac blowing cold in no time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, up front about costs, and very affordable. I'm glad I came back and plan to continue to use this shop again if I ever need additional repairs. Thank y'all for taking great care of your customers!”

“I’ve been a customer at Midas for the past 5 years, and I really appreciate that it’s a family-run business that takes pride in their work. Today, I brought in my car for a transmission fluid flush after a warning code popped up. Another transmission shop quoted me nearly a grand to fix it, but I had a feeling the fluid just needed to be changed since it hadn’t been done in a while. Sure enough, Midas took care of it and let me know the old fluid was pitch black and only about half a quart came out—when it should’ve been 3–4 quarts. After the flush, the car drove noticeably better with no more lag. I really value their honesty, transparency, and the way they take time to explain the issue. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.”

“They fit my car into their schedule to help me make sure it was ready for my long Christmas/New Year trip. They gave my car an oil change, front brake pads and new cables for my battery. They did a diagnostic and drove it for me. They reassuranced me that a little noise I hear sometimes is a strut sound, but it doesn't need attention now. They proved themselves trustworthy to me! I planned on buying a new battery, they said I don't need one yet, so they were not trying to run the bill up. They gave me solid advice. I feel confident they are going to help me be able to make this car last many more miles!”
