“When you are greeted as soon as you enter the door at any store, you know the service will be great. And true enough, this AutoZone had great and succinct service here. I came in to buy a replacement 12v battery for my wife's older car and the gentleman that helped me out (sorry didn't get your name, but receipt says CSR 24), quickly found the battery I needed, took the dead battery as a core trade-in, made sure the warranty is activated on the new battery and had me on my way in about 5 minutes.
