I'm writing a review because I was at this store on 10/12/24 shopping with my little sisters. When this customer (the user below me by the name of Rubi) came in asking for an exchange ( I know this because she started to get loud and obnoxious about it ) The employee working there tried to explain to her but she wasn't listening. I work in the retail world as well, and I have never seen such a rude, obnoxious, loud, self righteous, and entitled person in my life. The way she was treating the Employee was simply not right, "while i wasn't the kindest" is simply an understatement. The way this person lied on their review is insanity. It can be amazing what you can accomplish when you simply listen to employees and or read the policies of the store. Me and my sister's had a bet about how people like this try their hardest to ruin other peoples days, and I went on reviews to see if she did anything and to our expectations we saw a review detailing the exact encounter. Whoever you are Mariah, thank you for helping me and my little sisters with finding the product we needed, and bless you for dealing with people like that.

This is not against the ASICS product but it is against management in their Allen store. Mariah was probably one of the most smug, self righteous people I have ever met. Fittest thing yiu are taught as a manager is do not engage with an upset customer, you try to deescalate the situation NOT instigate it. Problem starts with I called the online customer service prior to trying to exchange shoes in Allen they said no problem. Before we drove TWO HOURS to Allen I called the Allen store to reverify that they had the size I needed as well as advised that I just wanted to make sure they ahd the size as we would be exchanging shoes that we had bought online.....I was told not a problem we will pull them so that they are here when you get here. Get here not only will they not exchange the shoes they also did not have the proper shoe size set aside. While I was not the kindest person in the world due to her lackadasical/nonchalant/not my problem attitude she decided it was proper as a manager to advise my children (16 &5) that she felt sorry for them because I was their mother as well as advising my husband that he should be embarrassed to be seem with me because of my size and attitude. Needless to say I WILL NOT be our having anything from ASICS until they teach their managers how to properly interact with customers.l and to Mariah, I hope you have the most pleasant day possible and that someone invests in getting you properly trained before you get your company sued.

The sales persons are very annoying at this shop. They keep interrupting with questions to the extent you feel they suspect they are watching your or suspecting you will steal something. I will never go back to this store again.

If there was less than one star I would have put it One of the most important reasons for the failure of this company is customer service Especially by phone and email, there is no response or interest in customer complaints
So it is difficult for asics to reach the level of new balance ,Adidas, Nike!!!
I think Chick- fil‐A ?
should give asics lessons in respecting customers service

Jinling C made my experience very enjoyable. She made sure that I was aware of all of the sales that were occuring and suggested a few styles based off what I was wearing. The shopping experience was fun and rewarding. I highly recommend this location.

BEWARE! Do not buy ASICS. The shoes quality is terrible. I have had 3 pairs in a year and they have all fallen apart. Asics does NOT honor their warranty exchange and will say damage to shoes is normal wear and tear. If this is normal wear and tear, I am highly concerned.

The day I went, it was extremely busy, but plenty of associates were there to help. Lots of options, good prices compared to retail, in addition % off specials on a wide variety of shoes.
