Richard did an amazing job fixing our washing machine! He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it running perfectly in no time. It went great! It is a large range that was on a pallet. When i saw one man arrive, i assumed it would be delayed because i thought it would need a second because of the size. He got it off the pallet and assembled by himself. Then as the installation proceeded, some of the fittings were non-standard. He left, bought the necessary parts, returned and finished the job. All at the agreed price! Would certainly use them again.

The phone call was impressive as I spoke to a friendly lady. Then within the time set for the appt. Richard arrived, listened to my concern, and went right to work. He figured the issue out within 15 mins. I said how long for the parts to come in? He said " I carry many parts," and fixed it right on the spot. He's fair on price point for his visit and repair. He saved me from buying a new dryer. He also delivers on his work if something goes wrong he will come back and won't charge. Also, his parts have a warranty which is better.
