Amazing people run this. They have been so helpful to all our needs. We used 3 spaces and also rented a parking space for our trailer. Love them. Highly recommend. Great prices, great service, clean property, and nice people.

We've been using this place for additional storage for multiple years. We never seem to have enough storage for stuff in the garage or the spare bedroom! We store our holiday items and stuff we simply can't let go of. We are not hoarders, our rental property is just on the small side. We pay rent on the unit for 3 months at a time. The area is kept clean and the process of entering and leaving is simple. Cameras are located throughout the area. All the units are located outside. None that I am aware of are air conditioned. The do have an area to store boats and RV's. We've been happy with the storage units management. November/2021

It is such a shame to be told on January 25th, 2021 that I could rent a 10x20 for $125mo with no increase ever, and that I could pay 3mos upfront at anytime and receive the fourth month free, only to receive the following response from management when I requested to pay the 3mos upfront on 10/25/21:On the pay three and get the forth month free, Is only good with the new rents.You can stay at $125. On the 10X20 and pay monthly or do the new rent which is $150. for the 10X20Pay the three months and get the forth free.

The management staff were extremely helpful when I needed it. Especially easy to register online, fast acting in person., and excellent location. I could absolutely stand behind a recommendation to Alpha Self Storage Arlington.

Maria is the most helpful person and very nice. I have an indoor storage and store an RV at this location and they are always safe. Never any rain damage... prices are right in line with other storage facilities in the area. My family and I will continue to safely store our items with alpha self storage.

I've been with this place a little over 2 years, there one of the cheapest in town. Customer service is great and the manager is awesome and the fact that its across the street from a police station gives you peace of mind.

Secured with gate, passcode and a police station across the street. I don't go to the storage unit much because it's in McKinney and I live in Grand Prairie. I haven't had any problems so far. If your wondering why so far, I share the unit with my sisters. They live in Dallas and one of them works in McKinney.
