We have had countless terrible experiences here, but these last two visits were the final straw. We went to the vet twice in 3 weeks, the first time the vet didn’t see my dog and was miss diagnosed. The 2nd time they said she had glaucoma and recommended us to see an eye specialist. Well, the specialists said our dog didn’t have glaucoma! (Which is wonderful but that is a 2nd misdiagnosis). Furthermore, appointments never seem to run on time here. However, the specialist they recommended was fantastic, we’ll be going there from now on so thank you!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Caufman For the past 10 years. He’s the best, and his prices are reasonable!

Everyone is great here! Since we moved here from CA in June, all 4 of my dogs have had issues, a ball was surgically removed, ear infections, they also got spayed here. They take care of us!!! Thank you!

My husband's family had a dog when he was growing up and only took the dog here. They always received the best care!! Fast forward to now we are married with 3 kids and over the summer we adopted our first family pet, Pebbles the rabbit! I knew we needed a vet and my husband told me about Allen Veterinary Hospital. Passing by today, we stopped to ask if they care for rabbits. Not only did they tell us yes, but they fit us in! Will and Kimberly trimmed Pebbles' nails and did an amazing job! Will has owned and cared for rabbits and it was obvious in how he cared for her. Kimberly was so nice too and so gentle with Pebbles! Dr. Coffman came in to examine Pebbles and he specializes in rabbits which was reassuring! He was so friendly and engaged my 4th grade daughter in asking her questions about Pebbles and affirming how great of a job she is doing taking care of her!! We had an incredible experience today!! I highly recommend Allen Veterinary Hospital and I am so grateful we have somewhere for Pebbles to go!!

Busy spot, isn't that a good thing? =) Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is it was my first visit and you have to blow my mind to get a 5. It was a great visit though. No issues with other animals and the staff was courteous and professional. Vet's bedside was awesome. Will go back

You must be willing to be put on hold for 10minutes and so. I've called several times to schedule appointments for my 2 dogs but every time I was put on hold 10-15mins and decided to hang up.

My dog had to get two teeth extracted because they were infected and a dental clean. Process was fast and smooth now she feels better. Prices are responsible. Staff is very helpful. Thank you

I took my dog for heartworm check. The vet tech first attempted to remove the cap for the needle by biting on the cap (this is a huge no no in the medical profession) She failed on removing the cap with her mouth and was also unable to do so with her long fingernails.When she got assistance, she was unable to find the vein. I took my dog away from her at that point and someone else did it for him.My other dog had chest xrays, doctor said she did not know what he had but prescribed him medicine either way. I consulted another vet who confirmed he did not need the medicine prescribed.Most importantly, I had my dog euthanized there some months back. Through my grief counseling, I called to ask if I could speak with the doctor who did the procedure to clear my head of questions since it was the first time I ever had to go through that and I feel it all happened in a blur. It would only take 2 minutes. I never received a call back even though I spent a good amount of money as a patient there.

I met Dr Coffman and his crew for the 1st time today with a cat that was rescued from an alley! Everyone at that clinic was happy, helpful, informative and kind! Dr Coffman took excellent care of us and Harley and took into consideration that we just saved him from the streets! I felt very grateful to all and wanted toSay a Big Thank you! In my opinion, it is difficult to find great vets that care more about the animals welfare then money!You guys Rock!!!!!
