My dog “JayCee” is a rescue suffering from heart worms and severe neglect. The vet and staff at Allen Family Vet are super caring and so helpful answering questions and concerns with her care. Thanks to these people my fur baby is pulling through and living the best “woof life” ever!!! I have used so many vets in the past. It is refreshing to see the compassion is still alive with this special group of very professional team!

Allen Family Vet has always taken wonderful care of our cats, both with their healthy cat maintenance plan, and when they are ill. Where they earned their sixth star was when we decided to foster a very sick and aging kitty during her last days. They took care of her until the rescue operation could get her into their system.
We recently lost our Mona. They were so patient with me and took such good care of Mona that her last days were comfortable, she was happy, and when it was her time, her passing was sweet and peaceful. Then they took care of me.:-)
You just can't ask for a better or more compassionate practice and I want to be sure to recognize the staff in that. They were wonderful.

They take amazing care of my 18 year old Beagle. Love all the staff! We usually see Dr. Mathes but all the docs are great and so are the techs and other staff.

I always bring my cat here for his annual checkup and vaccines and I'm very pleased with the service and the price. I recently took my cat somewhere else for an emergency (over the weekend) and they sent a report of my cat's status to Allen Family Vet. I really appreciated that Allen Family Vet texted me the next morning asking how my cat is doing and if there's anything they can do. Thank you so much for your care and dedication.

Extremely disappointing experience, & what a rip off. I usually go to a different vet, but this one is closer so decided to try it out. I wasn’t informed about the charge for a specific exam, & it turned out to be $63. My dog seemed to have some kinda infection & kept chewing his paws way too frequently. I was given a couple different medications and was advised regarding the dosage and time frame & overall for the first visit paid around $260.. but here we are 2 weeks later with the condition gotten worse. Also, seems like the ladies working here are a little over their head.. quite an attitude. Def not recommend ?

What a pleasant experience! Such lovely staff and helpful doctors. After moving to town and receiving a cancer diagnosis for our old pup we were so happy to have found Allen Family Vet. We were stressed about finding the right place and these guys quickly put our minds at ease. We will be customers for years to come.

Allen Family Vet always makes themselves available when our cats have a last minute issue requiring immediate attention. The entire staff are extremely kind & considerate, and the vets and techs are always attentive and GENTLE and always results driven.

We visited Allen Family Vet because we had a very sick pup and our normal vet couldn’t see him. Unfortunately he did not make it and we had to put him down a week after visiting them. Although we had to make the sad decision to let our pup go, the entire staff at Allen Family Vet was fantastic. Each person that entered the room loved on our sweet Chevy boy until it was time. We loved the staff and care we received there so much we will be switching our surviving pup over to them as his new vet. The love the staff has for animals was very apparent from the moment we got there.

Loved being there.....my dog is always welcomed with so much love from the entire staff. The Nurse and attending Doctor were very patient and super attentive to my dog and answered all my questions with adequate details and a great smile!

We always receive the best service and care at Allen Family vet. I went on our wrong appointment date and was quickly accommodated. Everyone from the desk, techs, and Dr.'s are kind and caring. Morty doesn't even mind going any more cause they love him and treat him like family ❤

Always a pleasant experience when visiting Allen Family Vet. Due to an emergency they had come up in the office, we ended up having to see a new vet, Dr. Moll, and she was amazing. We have had a great experience with Dr. Shiplov and Dr. Mathis as well. Worth every penny for peace of mind and knowing my fur baby is in good hands.

Allen Family Vet genuinely cares for my two dogs. The vet/techs are willing to answer any questions and explain procedures as needed. It's also nice they are open early, so I can take the dogs to the vet before work.
