they scammed my mom, she doesnt speak english well so they over charged her over $130. they purposefully did not give her a receipt also. i went back with her the next day and the old man gave us FULL attitude, was cutting me off, yelling, lying and denying everything, i talked to him with full respect. not only was what they did was morally wrong, they did not hold accountability. shame on you.

This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. The manager is horrible the way she treats customers, she yells at me in front of all the customers while I was nicely trying to find a resolution but she wouldn't listen to what I was saying! I just couldn't believe what I was hearing, just terrible customer service! They spent over 2 hours on my nails. I wanted a resolution and talked with manager and she said it was all my fault! Do not waist your time at this place. On top of all that they are very expensive and there are better and cheaper places! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They always do an amazing job here! The store is clean and everyone is professional, and extremely polite. I always get a pedicure and manicure and they do an amazing job at both.
