Amazing! Best pharmacy staff that I have ever worked with. When they say they will do something, they consistently follow through. I don’t have to ask twice and I don’t have a difficult time getting the medications that I need. That is extremely important to me. They have a small town feel where I always have had my questions answered and my medications requests processed with no hassles, They offer a delivery service but I have never used that service because I always get fantastic service with their fast, convenient drive thru. I would drive extra miles to continue being a customer and see no reason whatsoever to change.

They have the supplements we used to have to get through our hormone counselor. They are less expensive too. Great team for prescription and supplements as well!

I love this pharmacy for all my compounded medications, as well as all my supplements. I know all the supplements they carry are high quality, as verified by my doctor and my blood tests. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about doses, side effects and interactions. I’ve been going here almost 10 years and the quality has been consistently excellent. Highly recommend.

Everyone here has been so kind to us in the year we've been using them. The drive thru line has always been short, quick, and easy when I've needed to pick something up, but more importantly, they will deliver my prescriptions straight to my door at home! Now that's service!They are also easy to get on the phone (not at all like my last pharmacy) and have always been helpful and kind with my questions and needs.Thank you, Allen Family Drug! You really live up to your name and make me feel like family! I'm so glad my kid's pediatrician recommended you!

I have been using Allen Family Drug since early this year after my rheumatologist recommended a compounded drug. Two months ago I asked that they change the filler from Avicel to something natural like sucrose as I was having some issues with itching and it might indicate an allergy to the regular filler. When I went to pick up my refill in early May, I asked if the filler had been changed from Avicel to a natural filler . They checked and said, unfortunately, it had not. They offered to redo but I would have to return later. I live over 45 minutes (one-way) from this pharmacy. I reluctantly accepted the medication because I could not take another hour and a half to make another trip. The pharmacist assured me she would ensure Avicel was not used again. This past week I went to pick up a refill. Again, I asked about the filler. They used the Avicel again. Not only that, they changed the dosage from 3mg to 4.5mg. I asked them if they had checked my files for instructions. They offered to redo the prescription. I was told that it would be ready before closing time. I didn't have time to return that day. The next morning I received a call if I still wanted the medication. I said of course. They had not redone it yet. I called them back shortly after 2pm and advised I was going to be in the Allen area at 3 and asked if medication would be ready. They said yes - for sure. I arrived there at 2:53pm and they told me it would be at least another 20 minutes. I was extremely frustrated as it seemed to me they have no concern over inconveniencing their customers so I left. I am 75 years old and the traffic in the area between Frisco and Allen is heavy. I got a text at 3:33pm that the medication was ready. Needless to say I did not return to pick up the medication. I will never utilize their services again. The staff and pharmacists are very nice but they seem to have a problem in ensuring the accuracy of their patients' medications and having it ready when they say it will be ready.

I was asked to wait a moment for service. It took them nearly 10. There was no intent other than to put the prescription in a bag and send me out. No one asked me if I needed to speak to the pharmacist or if I had any questions. The whole experience felt quite cold, although I was the only customer there. Some neighborhood pharmacy!

Been going here now for several years to try and support this local business but customer service has gone down hill fast. Go somewhere else where they appreciate your money and business. CVS, Walgreens or even Wal-Mart has friendlier service than here.

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing. They are prompt, friendly and a joy to work with. They have a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction that you just don't find in companies these days. We transferred over from CVS who had our prescriptions all messed up - Allen Family Drug didn't raise a single complaint when the mess was transferred over - they simply straightened it out. Even our Dr. commented on how pleasant they are! We also had a prescription that was a compound (they handled this as quickly as possible). They will make you feel like you are the most important customer they have. I cannot believe we found this jewel!
