We have been to Allen Car Care a handful of times and every time they take amazing care of us! Today we were headed out of town and realized we had a coolant leak. We ran to them at 3pm, they said if we could find the part they could get us fixed up. We finally found the part at the dealership and headed back. They had it ready for the road in 20 mins. They saved our butts yet again! These guys are honest, kind, and hardworking. Thank you again, guys!

We paid for car service $1300 and once heading to gas station, the car stopped. Would not start. After putting gas in the car, it would not start again. We threw away money on taking it to the new owner. 5/27. They did not have the tools to fix my Nissan Xterra. Levon Lafitte Sr.

I recently had Alternator issues among a few others with my work vehicle. The people at Allen Car Care Center were not only very knowledgeable but prompt with their repairs. They also informed me of other issues that my vehicle had that I had no clue about.
The other great thing about them is their pricing. They are very affordable especially given my vehicles age.
With this being my first time ever going to a mechanic. I can say this was a very pleasant experience and I will be going back to their shop for all my repairs. A great company and a great group of people!

They did a great job on my Honda and even charged me less than what they originally quoted! When does that happen?! VERY friendly guys there. Definitely recommend.

Bob was not there to give oil change of my oil for $20 like last 10 years but his loud mouth replacement wanted to charge me $65 to use my oil, good bye you lost a good customer for life with your cocky attitude and more than triple the price, good riddens

Not the "new Bob." I walked in and asked for Bob. New owner says "I'm Bob, I'm the new Bob." He's far from it from a professional standpoint and quality of work. I took my car in because it was making a clanging noise. He and a tech heard it. Made an appointment for it to be fixed, brought it in, got the phone call the next day that it was fixed. I pick up the car and the new owner says they couldn't hear the noise. I get in the car and as soon as I pull out of the parking lot I hear the clanging noise. I called the new owner and he said to bring it back and go for a ride with his tech. I asked why that wasn't done in the first place and pointed out that on my first visit the new owner himself and a tech had heard the noise. So, he told me he was done with me, to come back and get my money refunded, and then hung up on me. Listen, pal, you are not the new Bob. If that is how you handle customer complaints my advice is that you don't get too comfortable. Customers were loyal because Bob always went the extra mile to make sure the repair was done right the first time. Your temper is only going to lose you business. We had been going to Bob for over ten years. I trusted Bob so much that I did not bother to get an extended warranty after my factory warranty expired.

Ok, we have been going to Allen Car Care for years. Sometimes they are super reasonably priced, sometimes in the middle and sometimes high. However, I'm no mechanic so I trust the to do what is best. They've always fixed my cars and I'm happy with their service.

My vehicle engine light came on and limited my speed to 20Mph on the I-75 service road. The first place to turn off was at Allen Car Care Center and the team diagnosed and fixed the issue within 24 hrs at a fair price. Thanks Bob and team for excellent service. Got our 100000 mile service done. Everything runs great. Took a family road trip shortly after and everything ran smooth. Friendly service. Car was done early, which was super helpful.

I recently had my car worked on at Allen Car Care and I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service, the updates, and the quality of work. The best part was that they treated me like family and we actually talked for a while in the shop. Definitely check them out if you need any work done on your car.

If you own a 2008 or newer vehicle with computerized components, I'd advise looking elsewhere for repairs. My experience was marked by miscommunications and incorrect information.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, owner, and management. I could tell that they were not just trying to get my money. They genuinely were wanting to help me. I brought my girlfriends car in this morning with no appointment or heads up, this will definitely become my go to shop. of professional experience and knowledge.
