The girl that helped me out was outstanding! I am a big-chested girly and she found me the perfect bra for my chest that fit everything I was needing and looking for. She is so sweet, kind, positive, understanding, and patient. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I love this store. Associates are always helpful and nice. Today Katie assisted me with 2 order returns, 2 purchases and tons of questions. She was very patient and nice. I feel bad for bombarding her with a lot at once but, she pulled through! My favorite brand!Give Katie a raise! Very sweet individual!

I don't know what it is about Aeries staff, but every single store hires girls that just stand around and talk and don't help anyone. No greetings, no "can I help you..." and it's like YOU inconvenience them for even being in the store. There was another girl standing in the dressing room area with her eyes glued to her phone.The lady that checked me out was great. Very polite and professional. Very patient.Store was pretty well organized and well kept.

The store was very clean and cute. Probably one of the nicest looking Aerie stores I've seen. The problem was with the customer service. The manager working the front didn't even look up when I walked it, but immediately said hi to the next people. The fitting room attendant was very nice and helpful. But what got me was I had to hunt someone down the ring me up. The cashier had zero personality and barely even spoke to me. There was probably about 6 employees with 3 customers in the store. No reason for a lack of customer service.

I get a bit nervous shopping in person and much prefer to shop online, but I wanted to see which size I was for a pair of pants, so I came into this location. Immediately, I was greeted upon really sweet workers who made me feel less nervous to be there. That made all the difference for me, since I’ve had bad experiences in the past with mean and judgy workers at some of my favorite stores. I was quickly able to find the right pair of pants I wanted that fit me. As I was being checked out, I was assisted by a redhead cashier who was really kind and complimented my shirt. This really meant a lot to me. This Aerie was a warm and welcoming environment, and I feel more comfortable and confident now to shop in person more often.And another thing— it was a very clean and organized branch! I feel like the other Aeries I’ve been to have been so cluttered, but you can tell that the associates are constantly working to make sure every customer’s shopping experience is a pleasant one! Can’t wait to come here again!

Stopped by at the outlets for an order pickup in Allen, tx at 8:20 pm on 01/20/23 and the employees were very stand offish and rude. I wasn’t greeted nor asked if I needed help and when approached two girls wearing pink and the brown behind the register they both gave an annoyed stare as if I was interrupting their conversation. When said i have two orders one of the employees said “ugh girl bye” to her other coworker. I love aerie and I just believe a company that’s so body positive should hire employees who are welcoming to all sizes, skin tones and race. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to this store.

I'm so glad I went into this store in Allen recently, not only is the atmosphere welcoming, the store itself is visually pleasing. For a smallish spot, it feels roomier than most large department stores. I get stressed in most stores because they're unorganized and feel cramped.But, what actually happened is why I needed to post a well deserved review!!!After noticing me trying on so many different styles and sizes of bras, and I'm sure recognizing I was getting unusally stressed and saddened over picking out a silly bra, a kind salesperson discreetly approached to find out what was causing me issues in the bras that weren't working, so she could try to find what would work. I'm so grateful that she reached out because she actually understood all the issues I was experiencing after having a major life changing surgery. She'd recently been able to actually find a solution for her mother with the same issues. Not only had she quickly found me the most perfectly fitting garment, she'd also uplifted my spirits. I will definitely be shopping here more often and recommending this place to other women. If you're going through something similar or just need an extremely comfortable bra, this store should be your first and, most likely, the only place you'll need to shop!

I visit this location frequently and I am never greeted by anyone in the store. I walked past 3 staff and no one said anything. I don't feel like I have to be spoken to, but I thought that was proper etiquette when you enter an establishment that you are spending money at. I brought this up to someone and the issue was resolved, but it felt forced. I didn't want to say because I'm African American, but it definitely felt that way. All and all I don't suggest visiting this location. Customer service is poor, until you say something.

I had a wonderful experience here, everyone was very kind specially the girl working the fitting rooms. I asked to breastfeed in the fitting room and she was so understanding and didn’t make it awkward at all. I also loved their selection of clothes

Hello to all handicap folks, do not visit this aerie location. My friend and I (a handicapped individual) waited 30 minutes for the handicap dressing room. We were wondering what was taking so long and came to find an employee was trying the entire store on in the handicap stall. After she exited the room, she was not apologetic, sincere, or friendly about our wait or cleaning up the room, even claiming it wasn't even her "specific task". We wanted to talk to other staff about our encounter but instead found them all gossiping, even the employee that was ringing us up. This Aerie location is lacking in their customer service skills, especially to those who need real assistance. I hope this review leads to a change.
