Love this store. Online says it opens at 11am on Sundays. Opens at 12 in reality. It’s my only gripe.

Called this location twice to confirm hours and it just rang, no one answered either time. I drove here to pick up an order. According to the automated system their store does not close until 830 as well. The associate said through the door the store closed at 8 & that I can pick up my order tomorrow.

Do not shop at this Adidas. Ordered online, received an email that said my order was ready, was not. Once order was was in the store online says they are open till 8:30pm and when I get there at 7:58pm employees turn me away. Adidas needs to get their mess together.

I have visited this store today at 7:53 pm 7 minutes before the closing time of shop to return an online purchase. They didn’t let me into the store, they said it is closed. I requested them that I came driving from long distance just to return this stuff. The staff in this store is very immature and unfriendly. would never go to this store again

This store must have some thieves for employees. I returned 2 Adidas top ten 2000 basketball shoes I ordered online one green and purple stripe. Only one shoe got sent back the purple one went missing. A latina girl let me use their tablet to create return labels she really adored the purple one she was a pretty big girl like a size 11 men could fit her. She even showed it to a african american co worker who was a guy I figured that was their way of communication for him to take it home after their shift where she would by him a HAPPY MEAL from Mcdonalds LOL... for doing it.
I called the main customer service of Adidas and filed a case. Customer service did give me my refund back. Their not that bad at all.
I will call them back and ask them what happened to the purple one.
Do not return your items at this store they will go missing call customer service for your return and they will e-mail you the labels take them to Fed ex yourself. It will save you the headache. Their excuse will be Fed ex is the one that lost your return. This store is under investigation cause it is a on going issue at this store so fair warning
employees of this store better be looking for a new job. Do not and do not return your items at this store. If you do take a picture of the tablet when you create the return label it will be your evidence. I'm gonna go back to that store and give them a earful myself !!! Don't put your trust in this store.

I returned a pair of Adidas Gazelle Bolds on April 1, 2024. I purchased them online and a manager assured me that I could return them in store. BIG MISTAKE. They processed my return on a handheld device, claimed that they had to ship the shoes back to Adidas and then I would get my refund. The manager took down my contact info after I called repeatedly to get an update. It’s June and I am still getting the run around from this store and no refund. WTH.

I received the worst customer service ever coming here it was my first time coming here and I will not be returning. David the manger literally came to the register and walked off after I kept asking to speak with him and the girl ana at the front acted like she didn’t know anything when I asked her questions. I never experienced customer service like this very disappointed.
