Service is excellent, if it takes sometime, they say it politely, plus everyday I go there sometimes they switch cashiers. But overall this 7 Eleven has great food and things to offer and it is close to attend.

The Indian guy who works there is rude . I won’t be going there no more . It’s crazy lived in Allen more then 14 years and his customer service is the worse. He thinks he knows everything will argue with you. I use to go there nope .

I stop at the maim street 7eleven location in Allen almost everyday. I am often greeted by Negash. He is very polite and attentive Thank you Negash I appreciate your service.

I always run in here in the mornings. They have good deals on Red Bull’s. It’s always alittle dirty and has a slight smell of moth balls or something similar. some of the employees are nice than others. I go in because it’s convinent and the good prices on drinks.

I tried to use their air machine. Put my $1.50 in and nothing happened. I told the person inside the store and he claimed there was a sign saying that it didn’t work. I told him there was no sign, but he insisted there was. So I had to walk back out to take a picture and come back in and show him before he believes me. After arguing for a while he finally gave me 6 quarters back. I will never go back there again. Customer service really sucks.

It's so sad that this one has gone downhill. The smell in the store is so overwhelming Indian, yuck. I went in and turned around as fast as I could out the door. I wouldn't buy anything from there, since I could only imagine that everything will have the infused Indian smell. Very sad since I used to here all the time. I'll drive extra miles to go to a different 7-11.

Customer service is excellent. My car battery died in front of the store today (9/20/18) and when I went in to inform them I would be calling for a jumpstart, one of the managers (Negash) offered to give my car a jump and I was able to get to work. Many thanks!
