There’s one foreign short old man in here in particular that works about this time in the afternoon that always has an ear piece in on the phone. Very rude and disgusting to people. If you don’t know how to work a job dealing with people everyday, you should find something else. I’ve had too many encounters with this man being nasty to myself and others. This is not to be mistaken for the other taller older gentleman, he is very sweet.

I come from the state of Florida to Texas Allen, I tried to buy pods for my vape, the seller asked for my identification. I'm 47 years old but that's fine, when I gave him my Florida drivers license, he told me that he couldn't sell me the vape pods... because it had to be a Texas ID... there were two employees with him and they came to the same conclusion. .. this is ridiculous .. what are they trying to do? It doesn't matter where the ID is from, the law says that to sell cigarettes or vapes you only have to ask for the ID to SEE if you are really over 21 years old. It doesn't matter what state you are in... it seems that for them I have to get an ID from every state in the US where I go to be able to buy cigarettes... really pathetic... that is discriminatory !!Si vienes de otro estado de los EEUU no puedes comprar cigarro ni vape con tu licencia de otro estado, así tengas 60 años.. esto es algo loco.. los turistas no fuman ?

Cigarettes or vapes are not sold to tourists or people who have a license from another state, TOTALLY ILLEGAL AND DISCRIMINATORY.Vendors can be certified to train employers and employees engaged in the retail sales of cigarettes, e-cigarettes or tobacco products. Vendors must complete and submit Form AP-192, Application for Seller Training Certification. Apparently the workers are completely unaware of the law!!!The legal age to buy cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other tobacco products in Texas is 21 years old, no matter where you come from or what nationality you have.

Women's restroom was out of service due to the only toilet overflowing. I waited to use men's restroom, and there wasn't soap or towels. Weird with the employes must wash sign next to the mirror. Disgusting. The guy working was alone and seemed to be trying his best, but the place was gross from the floors to the food areas to the bathrooms.

They don't remove expired merchandise. I even brought them the box of Donut Stix from the shelf because they were all months past the expiration. When I went back a few days later they were back. I've seen milk, chips, and bread all still on the shelf after they've expired.

Poor customer service. They are racist, mean, disrespectful especially the stupid tall old man in there. They are thieves over charging for everything even the smallest things. I will never step foot in there again. They do not have a place in this community. Disgusting ? people and nasty establishment. They should not be in business they clearly lack basic skills in everything. If I could give you 0 ⭐️ I would.

Be aware!!! They don't apply 7-11 discounts when you enter your phone number. Cashier in his 40s is very rude and unethical. Reporting this location to HQ and BBB.
